Good boatman, good service. Although he doesn't speak English well, he is very entertaining as he sings songs from your country and greets you in your language. He also helped us take a lot of pictures! In general, we enjoyed it a lot.

experience: You won’t be confused and won’t be flocked by so many people because they have a buddy boat already waiting for you, they gave us a welcome cold tea drink and the boat driver is very lovely took a pic of us, even though its a short time only (15-20mins) we enjoyed our moment. I really recommend booking this!!!

I think I have booked the best cruise, with super food and an excellent tour guide (SON is his name if I'm not wrong). He is a fantastic guide with great humor and a kind heart. We enjoyed it immensely. Thanks to Klook, Sonata Cruise, and our tour guide. I will recommend this to my family and friends when they are on vacation.

Our experience was amazing and breathtaking. Communication was excellent and easy. Directions were very clear, and we were able to get to the location easily. We were guided to our boat and welcomed on board with water and fresh-cut fruits. They had a dance entertainer at the beginning. The river cruise was beautiful, and for the 9 PM fire and water show, the boat parked perfectly, offering picture/video-perfect views. Great experience! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you, team, for a great experience for our family of 4.

Traveling to Ha Long from Hanoi takes time and our bus keep going around just to get every passenger’s so I hope they can be more organized picking up passengers to avoid the hassel. It was a great experience though. The view the cruise the food and everyone is very accommodating and friendly.
