I think I have booked the best cruise, with super food and an excellent tour guide (SON is his name if I'm not wrong). He is a fantastic guide with great humor and a kind heart. We enjoyed it immensely. Thanks to Klook, Sonata Cruise, and our tour guide. I will recommend this to my family and friends when they are on vacation.

Everything is as described. We were picked up at 8 am near our hotel in the Old Quarter and went by the same comfortable 19-seat bus to Halong. Our tour guide informed us about the stops along the way, which included a visit to a pearl farm. It was interesting to hear how pearls grow. Nobody pressured you to buy anything, but you had the option. Then we arrived in Halong and cruised around. The food was good; it included seafood and many other options. The highlight was watching a live performance.

Tour guide is friendly and approachable though could find improvement in English. Will pass by a Pearl Farm before boarding the cruise but will not force you to buy. Buffet is bountiful but cold. drinks not included but reasonably priced. staff on cruise are great as well. transportation to and from hanoi was smooth.

Dining on the boat and admiring the special karst topography is truly a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Everything from the bus transfer, tour guide (Day), TipTop Island, Surprise Cave, and xylophone performance on the boat was well-arranged and fulfilling. The value for money (CP value) is 100, showing the travel agency's dedication. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay! Our tour guide, Mr. Day, was a fantastic guy. He was fluent in English. He picked us up from the hotel on time and dropped us off accordingly. The cruise was nice, and the food was good.

I participated in a Halong Bay tour on a 32-seater bus with an English-speaking guide. On the morning of the tour, I was told they would pick me up at the hotel between 8:00 and 8:30 AM, with no further details. I thought I'd have to wait for 30 minutes, unsure when the bus would arrive, but the pickup came around 8:10 AM. After that, we traveled for two and a half hours (with a 10-minute restroom break) to a seashell shop for a stroll, and then boarded a luxury cruise ship. The lunch buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes. Popular items were replenished quickly, so there was no need to rush. Afterwards, we had 50 minutes of free time facing the sea. Following that, we experienced kayaking and boating, and then visited a limestone cave. I expected it to be cool inside, but it was hot. On the cruise ship, there was live music while we enjoyed fruit. Overall, it was a wonderful and very satisfying tour. Our tour guide, Luca, was also a kind person.

The tour was very well organised and we had a great time overall. Thanks to the guide Mung (Happy), driver (Lucky) and the sonata cruise team. We hope to return soon.

It was a great experience... nice food.

I enjoyed the speed boat! That was my most favorite activity during this tour. Beautiful view and also weather was perfect when we visitied.
