We had an amazing time in Bintan thanks to our driver/guide Mr.Diki booked through Klook! He was incredibly accommodating throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. The snorkelling and fishing trip he arranged was a definite highlight — so much fun for the whole group. Diki also took us to a great dinner spot and even helped us buy a cake to celebrate two birthdays in our group, which meant a lot to us. On top of that, he shared so many useful local tips that made our trip so much smoother. We were so happy with his service that we booked a second day trip with him! Dive into paradise with Bintan Cool — it is a truly distinctive sea adventure from the Kelong, a traditional stilted structure rising above the sea. They offer free hotel pick‑up, friendly staff, clean bathroom, beverages, crystal clear water, spectacular sea view, and most importantly unforgettable underwater videos of vibrant fishes 🐠and coral. From the kelong base, we kayak across calm, clear waters to the mangrove coastline and back, dive in to snorkel among vibrant coral and colorful fishes (and Nemo 🐟). The staff were so professional and they took our underwater videos with the Nemo, it’s the highlight of this tour! We were so glad we add the underwater video in our package, it’s sooo worth it!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

We traveled from Singapore to Bintan Island for a short vacation and decided to take this day tour. It turned out to be one of the smartest decisions of our trip. The driver was punctual, friendly, and spoke excellent English. We visited several beautiful spots on the island, including cultural sites and scenic natural attractions. The scenery was breathtaking, especially the Blue Lake area, which was even more beautiful than the photos online. The itinerary was well-organized, and transportation throughout the day was comfortable. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each site and take photos. Our favorite part was gaining a deeper understanding of the local culture and seeing a different side of Bintan Island beyond the resorts. This tour perfectly blended sightseeing, cultural experiences, and relaxation. We highly recommend it to all visitors to Bintan Island, especially those from Singapore looking for a unique day trip. We will definitely book this tour again on our next visit to Bintan Island.

Absolutely fantastic experience !! Our driver, Mr Ali, was a joy to be with !! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator !! We had last minute requests to add on the itinerary (additional charge which we dont mind ofcourse) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well !! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great !! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful especially for coffee lovers like us !! Tasted authentic coffee & learnt a lot from them !! Overall, this package is soo worth it !! Would love to have Mr Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back !! 🙏🏽

Superb experience on the fireflies tour. We managed to see many stars and catch a few fireflies.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Sand Dunes and Blue Lake in Bintan. The scenery was beautiful, and we managed to take many great photos, including a photo session with the adorable owl. Our guide, Diki, was friendly, patient, and drove safely throughout the trip. He knew the best photo spots and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed. We also stopped by a local restaurant and souvenir shops, and there was no pressure to make any purchases. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable tour. Everything was well organized, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bintan. ( P.S. I've intentionally chosen photos that don't show our full face for privacy. )

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!
