I would like to say a huge thank you to our guide Diki , he was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He is good at taking pictures and videos. Such a bright guide. The journey was smooth and we enjoyed every moment! A huge recommendation to try this experience, lots of fish and sea creatures. We managed to catch fish and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze on the Keelong. I suggest you personally ask for Diki as your tour guide when you confirm your booking, he is honestly the best!

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

This day trip was one of the best experiences of our Bintan Island journey. The itinerary was meticulously planned, perfectly blending natural scenery, cultural experiences, and local sightseeing. The views of the sand dunes and the Blue Lake were breathtaking and beautiful, with excellent photo opportunities everywhere. We also visited the Sleeping Buddha Temple, Guan Yin Temple, and the 500 Lohan Temple. Each location offered its unique history and a serene, peaceful atmosphere, making this cultural tour unforgettable. Exploring Tanjung Pinang gave us the chance to experience local life and gain a deeper understanding of the island's culture. The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!

This was my solo trip to Bintan for the first time, Mr Surya was my driver. I thought it was a shared trip since I booked for 1 person . when i got to know the admin gave me a whole car (7 seater) with driver/tour Guide was a pleasant to chitchats with him and Mr Surya was very Good in navigating and recommedating for foodcorners (warungs) , massage Centre and all. The evening I was missed my Mangrove boat ride since Its already 6pm PLUS. But after spoke to the admin , he agreed me to bring to the Mangrove boat ride (Individual charge not include with the trip) and drop off to the terminal for free of fuel charge. I’ll sure recommend to my family & Friends. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Quick trip to the Sand Dunes and Blue Lake in Bintan, and it was worth every minute. Booking through Clook was smooth from the start — the travel agent was really helpful and sorted everything out without any hassle. Our guide, Adrian, made the whole trip much more memorable. He took great care of us throughout the day, made sure we didn't miss anything, and even took some great pictures for us along the way. Small touches like that made a big difference. My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Went for a day trip and met the most kind and efficient driver, helping us to take pictures. even allowed us to extend our trip for another few hours.

It was fun because we got to feed the animals up close and take pictures with them. We also rode the buggy, which made it easier for us to visit the different animals in the sanctuary.
