We were incredibly lucky to have local guide Zhang Lin for this trip! Her service throughout was impeccable: Punctual and Thoughtful: She arrived at our hotel promptly every day to pick us up, and always turned on the car's air conditioning in advance before we got in – truly excellent attention to detail. Safety: Very safe. Patient and Professional: She took exceptional care of my child and me during our visits to the mangrove forest and while snorkeling. She provided patient guidance and protection throughout the snorkeling experience, making us feel completely at ease while traveling with a child. Enthusiastic and Considerate: When we spontaneously decided we wanted to visit a resort supermarket to buy local specialties, Guide Zhang was not only completely patient but also enthusiastically took us there and helped us choose items. I wholeheartedly recommend her to friends from home planning to visit. This is absolutely a genuine recommendation, not a paid endorsement – you can't go wrong with her!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

This day trip was one of the best experiences of our Bintan Island journey. The itinerary was meticulously planned, perfectly blending natural scenery, cultural experiences, and local sightseeing. The views of the sand dunes and the Blue Lake were breathtaking and beautiful, with excellent photo opportunities everywhere. We also visited the Sleeping Buddha Temple, Guan Yin Temple, and the 500 Lohan Temple. Each location offered its unique history and a serene, peaceful atmosphere, making this cultural tour unforgettable. Exploring Tanjung Pinang gave us the chance to experience local life and gain a deeper understanding of the island's culture. The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!

We only stayed one night, but we're already planning to return for our next stay. All of the staff are wonderful, especially Arbin (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) at the bar. He is incredibly hospitable and polite. Also, Einstein at breakfast has a friendly smile that's perfect for the morning. Thank you very much for your kindness, and we'll see you soon. Breakfast: Excellent. Local ingredients and fruits. The taro latte was the best; I had a second helping.

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

Beautiful place and great hospitality from the staff. Expect a longer journey to the resort from the ferry terminal, and prepare more insect repellants for the mosquitoes in the outdoors.

We recently stayed here as a family with my husband and our 22-month-old toddler, and it was such a wonderful experience. The kids’ facilities were truly amazing — our little one had the best time! The kids’ club offered a wide range of engaging activities that kept our toddler happily entertained, and the water splash area was definitely a highlight. It was thoughtfully designed, safe, and so much fun for young children. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensured both parents and child had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to families with young children and look forward to coming back again
