Bintan

This was my solo trip to Bintan for the first time, Mr Surya was my driver. I thought it was a shared trip since I booked for 1 person . when i got to know the admin gave me a whole car (7 seater) with driver/tour Guide was a pleasant to chitchats with him and Mr Surya was very Good in navigating and recommedating for foodcorners (warungs) , massage Centre and all. The evening I was missed my Mangrove boat ride since Its already 6pm PLUS. But after spoke to the admin , he agreed me to bring to the Mangrove boat ride (Individual charge not include with the trip) and drop off to the terminal for free of fuel charge. I’ll sure recommend to my family & Friends. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Ens ho vam passar d'allò més bé. El tour ens va donar molta llibertat i una aventura sense complicacions a Bintan. El Sr. Dedy va ser amable, servicial i molt complaent guiant-nos per Bintan. El Tour dels Manglars i el Tour de les Cucs de Llum van ser fantàstics de principi a fi. Ens van recollir directament del Natra Bintan Resort per a ambdós tours i ens van tornar després, fent que tot fos fluid i sense complicacions. Un enorme agraïment al nostre guia, Eddy, i al capità del vaixell, Pak Ah Boon. Vam gaudir tant del tour diürn que ens va encantar tornar-los a tenir per al Tour de les Cucs de Llum! Els seus ulls aguts ens van ajudar a albirar micos de fulla platejada (Lutung), un llangardaix monitor, serps de manglar i serps verdes, un blauet (gran!), peixos arquers i molts crancs i peixos. Eddy va ser amable, ben informat i ens va ensenyar molt sobre l'ecosistema dels manglars, les marees, la vida salvatge, les palmeres nipa i fins i tot com es feia el tint vermell natural. El Tour de les Cucs de Llum va ser màgic. Vam veure innombrables cucs de llum, en vam agafar suaument uns quants abans d'alliberar-los, i l'Eddy fins i tot ens va assenyalar les estrelles al cel nocturn clar. Ens va encantar cada minut. Segur, educatiu i inoblidable, molt recomanable!

Went for a day trip and met the most kind and efficient driver, helping us to take pictures. even allowed us to extend our trip for another few hours.

My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Wonderful experience. We got to see the fireflies up close, and the guide and boat captain even caught some for us to hold. Life jackets were provided, and a safety briefing was given before the tour. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent! Our driver, Awa, not only drove us but also personally accompanied and guided us through Blue Lake and the ATV experience, which we requested. He even arranged for a colleague (from the same company, he mentioned) to take professional DSLR photos of us at Blue Lake, capturing some amazing shots. Everything was perfect, from the pickup at Tanjung Uban to the drop-off at the Indigo Lagoi IHG Hotel where we were staying.

Just one day before we went to Bintan, I decided to book a day tour. This highly recommended day tour had caught my attention while I was searching in KLOOK. The company was very responsive; they contacted me shortly after I had made the booking. They assigned our job to Mr Wayan, who was our private tour guide and driver. To our surprise, Mr Wayan can speak English very well (and singlish too!). When we saw there was a long queue at the custom immgration, we requested to start our tour from the ferry terminal instead of the hotel, Mr Wayan was flexible and fetch us as per our request. Our itinerary - Mangrove tour (pay at site), 500 Lohan Temple, Vhihara Pagoda, Kelong Seafood, Souvenir shop (Kueh Lapis), Sand Dune and Blue Lake, Body Massage (pay at site). Mr Wayan is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and honest. This tour and Mr Wayan is highly recommended! We enjoyed every bit of the tour! Thank you!

Beautiful experience with the fireflies tour, they value not just our experience but our safety, and also the protection of the mangrooves and fireflies. Guide very knowledgable, and gently helped us to hold the fireflies. Nice to look at the stars while on the boat. Pick up and drop off to our hotel made it very convenient also!
