Bintan

I would like to say a huge thank you to our guide Diki , he was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He is good at taking pictures and videos. Such a bright guide. The journey was smooth and we enjoyed every moment! A huge recommendation to try this experience, lots of fish and sea creatures. We managed to catch fish and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze on the Keelong. I suggest you personally ask for Diki as your tour guide when you confirm your booking, he is honestly the best!

Ik vind dat het waar voor je geld biedt, het voelt alsof ik op een cruise ben. Onbeperkt drankjes en veel eten beschikbaar. Het theebuffet als lunch is het hoogtepunt. Ondanks dat het een buffet is, zijn de presentatie en kwaliteit geweldig. Het is ook fantastisch om te kunnen golfen, boogschietlessen te volgen, gratis sportfaciliteiten te gebruiken, enzovoort. De service is eveneens uitstekend. Het nadeel is dat we geen gebruik kunnen maken van activiteiten die de dag van te voren gereserveerd moeten worden, zoals yoga. Andere uitdagingen voor daggasten zijn: je moet verschillende soorten kleding en schoenen meenemen, en je zult aan het einde van de dag bezweet zijn (ik weet niet of er kluisjes of dolfijnen/douchefaciliteiten zijn). Desondanks vind ik het nog steeds een goed "dagje uit" voor wie er even op uit wil trekken en niet de hele vakantie in het hotel wil blijven.

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

This day trip was one of the best experiences of our Bintan Island journey. The itinerary was meticulously planned, perfectly blending natural scenery, cultural experiences, and local sightseeing. The views of the sand dunes and the Blue Lake were breathtaking and beautiful, with excellent photo opportunities everywhere. We also visited the Sleeping Buddha Temple, Guan Yin Temple, and the 500 Lohan Temple. Each location offered its unique history and a serene, peaceful atmosphere, making this cultural tour unforgettable. Exploring Tanjung Pinang gave us the chance to experience local life and gain a deeper understanding of the island's culture. The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!

from pick up till drop off, everything was excellent. Friendly and polite staff, always available to accommodate to our requests. Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful place and great hospitality from the staff. Expect a longer journey to the resort from the ferry terminal, and prepare more insect repellants for the mosquitoes in the outdoors.

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

thank you so much Holiday Inn Bintan. We came with our small kids age 3-7yo for my husband’s birthday. From the jetty to reception the staffs were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. We came early and we had fun at the Mangrove club house before check-in. We booked the pool-access room and it was worth the money. The kids had fun playing at the pool, water playground, mangrove club house and the outdoor playground. Special thanks to Miss Mondri for arranging a special surprise for my husband. They even went beyond to surprise us at our room with cakes and balloons. The breakfast spread was ok. The tomyam noodles was delicious and kids eat for free. The beach was nearby and it was a shared property with Indigo Hotel. The beach was clean and calm water suitable for kids to play and swim around. We managed to book a spa session. Thank you to Miss Khadijah for a warm welcome and the massage. The kids sure had so much fun at Holiday Inn Bintan. We cant wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nirwana Resort Hotel. The resort has beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan!
