Bintan

We were incredibly lucky to have local guide Zhang Lin for this trip! Her service throughout was impeccable: Punctual and Thoughtful: She arrived at our hotel promptly every day to pick us up, and always turned on the car's air conditioning in advance before we got in – truly excellent attention to detail. Safety: Very safe. Patient and Professional: She took exceptional care of my child and me during our visits to the mangrove forest and while snorkeling. She provided patient guidance and protection throughout the snorkeling experience, making us feel completely at ease while traveling with a child. Enthusiastic and Considerate: When we spontaneously decided we wanted to visit a resort supermarket to buy local specialties, Guide Zhang was not only completely patient but also enthusiastically took us there and helped us choose items. I wholeheartedly recommend her to friends from home planning to visit. This is absolutely a genuine recommendation, not a paid endorsement – you can't go wrong with her!

Dit was mijn eerste soloreis naar Bintan, en meneer Surya was mijn chauffeur. Ik dacht dat het een gedeelde reis was, aangezien ik voor 1 persoon had geboekt. Toen ik erachter kwam dat de beheerder me een hele auto (7-zitter) met chauffeur/gids gaf, was het prettig om met hem te kletsen. Meneer Surya was erg goed in navigeren en het aanbevelen van eetgelegenheden (warungs), massagecentra en alles. 's Avonds miste ik mijn Mangrove boottocht omdat het al na 18.00 uur was. Maar nadat ik met de beheerder had gesproken, stemde hij ermee in om me naar de Mangrove boottocht te brengen (individuele kosten niet inbegrepen bij de reis) en me gratis af te zetten bij de terminal, zonder brandstofkosten. Ik zal dit zeker aanbevelen aan mijn familie en vrienden. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had a lovely time. The tour gave us a lot of freedom and a hassle-free adventure at Bintan. Mr. Dedy was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating in guiding us around Bintan. It's very convenient to get there, just an hour by boat from Singapore. You can use an e-visa or get a visa on arrival. It's very convenient. For the half-day tour we booked, they picked us up from our hotel lobby and drove us to the attractions. This time, we went to see the volcanic rock formations and the Blue Lake, which were truly beautiful and great for photos. There were also shops and restrooms nearby, and drinks were quite affordable. The tour took about 1-1.5 hours. Afterward, we went for an hour-long massage, which was really excellent, with plenty of pressure. We gave them generous tips, hoping they'd be happy. After that, the driver took us back to our hotel. We had a wonderful time.

De Mangrove Tour en Fireflies Tour waren van begin tot eind fantastisch. We werden voor beide tours direct opgehaald bij Natra Bintan Resort en daarna weer teruggebracht, wat alles naadloos en probleemloos maakte. Een enorme dank aan onze gids, Eddy, en bootkapitein, Pak Ah Boon. We hebben zo genoten van de dagtour dat we blij waren hen weer te hebben voor de Fireflies Tour! Hun scherpe ogen hielpen ons bij het spotten van zilverlangoeren (Lutung), een varaan, mangrove- en groene rattenslangen, een (grote!) ijsvogel, schuttersvissen en vele krabben en vissen. Eddy was vriendelijk, deskundig en leerde ons zoveel over het mangrove-ecosysteem, getijden, wilde dieren, nipapalmen en zelfs hoe natuurlijke rode kleurstof werd gemaakt. De Fireflies Tour was magisch. We zagen talloze vuurvliegjes, vingen er voorzichtig een paar voordat we ze weer vrijlieten, en Eddy wees zelfs de sterren aan in de heldere nachtelijke hemel. We hebben van elke minuut genoten. Veilig, leerzaam en onvergetelijk – een absolute aanrader!

My family and I had a wonderful time on the tour. The guide explained everything in great detail and made the experience enjoyable and informative. We had lots of fun. Highly recommended! 😊

Went for a day trip and met the most kind and efficient driver, helping us to take pictures. even allowed us to extend our trip for another few hours.

Absolute must try experience in Bintan! Driver came to our hotel to pick us up, he arrived on time and told us the estimated duration needed to arrive at the place. It took about 25-30mins to reach and the place is beautiful with bamboos everywhere. The ATV car itself can be difficult to handle at first but once you get the hang of how much to accelerate etc, you will be fine. The guide is also really helpful and experienced - the most surprising part was that throughout the whole ride, he kept taking photos and videos of us while ensuring that we are safe. The track is pretty smooth, there are some puddles here and there but nothing too crazy. Overall, a very fun experience and highly recommended!

My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.
