De Mangrove Tour en Fireflies Tour waren van begin tot eind fantastisch. We werden voor beide tours direct opgehaald bij Natra Bintan Resort en daarna weer teruggebracht, wat alles naadloos en probleemloos maakte. Een enorme dank aan onze gids, Eddy, en bootkapitein, Pak Ah Boon. We hebben zo genoten van de dagtour dat we blij waren hen weer te hebben voor de Fireflies Tour! Hun scherpe ogen hielpen ons bij het spotten van zilverlangoeren (Lutung), een varaan, mangrove- en groene rattenslangen, een (grote!) ijsvogel, schuttersvissen en vele krabben en vissen. Eddy was vriendelijk, deskundig en leerde ons zoveel over het mangrove-ecosysteem, getijden, wilde dieren, nipapalmen en zelfs hoe natuurlijke rode kleurstof werd gemaakt. De Fireflies Tour was magisch. We zagen talloze vuurvliegjes, vingen er voorzichtig een paar voordat we ze weer vrijlieten, en Eddy wees zelfs de sterren aan in de heldere nachtelijke hemel. We hebben van elke minuut genoten. Veilig, leerzaam en onvergetelijk – een absolute aanrader!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

Absolutely fantastic experience !! Our driver, Mr Ali, was a joy to be with !! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator !! We had last minute requests to add on the itinerary (additional charge which we dont mind ofcourse) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well !! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great !! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful especially for coffee lovers like us !! Tasted authentic coffee & learnt a lot from them !! Overall, this package is soo worth it !! Would love to have Mr Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back !! 🙏🏽

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Sand Dunes and Blue Lake in Bintan. The scenery was beautiful, and we managed to take many great photos, including a photo session with the adorable owl. Our guide, Diki, was friendly, patient, and drove safely throughout the trip. He knew the best photo spots and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed. We also stopped by a local restaurant and souvenir shops, and there was no pressure to make any purchases. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable tour. Everything was well organized, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bintan. ( P.S. I've intentionally chosen photos that don't show our full face for privacy. )

Superb experience on the fireflies tour. We managed to see many stars and catch a few fireflies.

Eenvoudig inwisselen van tickets aan de balie. Mooie lagune met vriendelijk personeel en goede communicatie in het Engels. Enige minpunt is de zeer lage waterdruk in de doucheruimte. De doucheruimte heeft ook een haardroger.

This was one of the best experiences during our trip to Bintan Island. The itinerary was well-organized, and the driver was friendly, punctual, and professional. The views of the Bintan Sand Dunes and Blue Lake were breathtaking. The unique natural scenery and the crystal-clear blue lake provided a perfect backdrop for beautiful photos. Every stop was worth visiting and left us with unforgettable memories. The snorkeling experience was the highlight of the trip. The water was incredibly clear, and the marine life was vibrant; we saw many tropical fish. The equipment was clean and well-maintained, and the guide ensured everyone's safety, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves. If you're looking for a tour that combines magnificent natural landscapes with exciting underwater adventures, then this itinerary is definitely the ideal choice. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this again on our next visit to Bintan Island!
