Bintan

This was my solo trip to Bintan for the first time, Mr Surya was my driver. I thought it was a shared trip since I booked for 1 person . when i got to know the admin gave me a whole car (7 seater) with driver/tour Guide was a pleasant to chitchats with him and Mr Surya was very Good in navigating and recommedating for foodcorners (warungs) , massage Centre and all. The evening I was missed my Mangrove boat ride since Its already 6pm PLUS. But after spoke to the admin , he agreed me to bring to the Mangrove boat ride (Individual charge not include with the trip) and drop off to the terminal for free of fuel charge. I’ll sure recommend to my family & Friends. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

diki/dicky was so warm welcoming friendly upon our arrival. and he talked about Bintan. We were talking non stop. He also helped us took a photo n video! Blue lake was amazingly surprised!!! There’s a photographer too and he was so friendly ! Went to buy some souvenirs, massage too!! I had so much fun upon my arriving till the end of my journey in Bintan. will book it again ! RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!!

My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Went for a day trip and met the most kind and efficient driver, helping us to take pictures. even allowed us to extend our trip for another few hours.

Wonderful experience. We got to see the fireflies up close, and the guide and boat captain even caught some for us to hold. Life jackets were provided, and a safety briefing was given before the tour. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just one day before we went to Bintan, I decided to book a day tour. This highly recommended day tour had caught my attention while I was searching in KLOOK. The company was very responsive; they contacted me shortly after I had made the booking. They assigned our job to Mr Wayan, who was our private tour guide and driver. To our surprise, Mr Wayan can speak English very well (and singlish too!). When we saw there was a long queue at the custom immgration, we requested to start our tour from the ferry terminal instead of the hotel, Mr Wayan was flexible and fetch us as per our request. Our itinerary - Mangrove tour (pay at site), 500 Lohan Temple, Vhihara Pagoda, Kelong Seafood, Souvenir shop (Kueh Lapis), Sand Dune and Blue Lake, Body Massage (pay at site). Mr Wayan is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and honest. This tour and Mr Wayan is highly recommended! We enjoyed every bit of the tour! Thank you!

Excellent! Our driver, Awa, not only drove us but also personally accompanied and guided us through Blue Lake and the ATV experience, which we requested. He even arranged for a colleague (from the same company, he mentioned) to take professional DSLR photos of us at Blue Lake, capturing some amazing shots. Everything was perfect, from the pickup at Tanjung Uban to the drop-off at the Indigo Lagoi IHG Hotel where we were staying.

Beautiful experience with the fireflies tour, they value not just our experience but our safety, and also the protection of the mangrooves and fireflies. Guide very knowledgable, and gently helped us to hold the fireflies. Nice to look at the stars while on the boat. Pick up and drop off to our hotel made it very convenient also!

the ATV guide ( Zuan) was patience with us, the whole journey he make sure our safety come 1st and keep a look out with us, is our 1st time to ride ATV, great experience and definitely will come back again.
