I made a reservation four days in advance, and the 6:00 PM slot was sold out, so I chose 7:00 PM. The same-day tickets also sold out by 6:30 PM, so it's definitely better to book through Klook. The venue only opens after the 6:00 PM show finishes, so the entrance line didn't start moving until 7:00 PM. Seating begins from the upper rows. Those who arrived later had to sit on the ground. Many people also had to stand. Even if you get a seat, it's very cramped, with your shoulders touching the person next to you. The 7:00 PM show actually started at 7:22 PM. The Kecak dance was absolutely wonderful. The front seats offer a closer and more impactful view of the performers. There was heavy traffic both going to and from the venue, but it was well worth seeing, even with that in mind. The sunset was also beautiful, and the waves crashing below the cliff were impressive. The temple is full of mischievous monkeys. My glasses were snatched from behind my head. It seems they target people who are sitting down. Be careful of the monkeys!

We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

Our tour guide, pick up driver are both very nice and punctual. Especially the tour guide, Bambang, he was very considerate and friendly during the whole trip. I feel super lucky that we had him as our guide. Wish him all the best.

A must-visit when you're in Bali! The free shuttle service is a great bonus and makes getting there so convenient. The park is beautifully designed and set within a former limestone quarry, making excellent use of the natural landscape. It's an impressive attraction that's definitely worth visiting.

Ngurah was an amazing driver, instructor, and photographer throughout our trip. He take really nice pictures and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth, fun, and unforgettable. I highly recommend NGURAH to anyone visiting Bali!

We had an amazing time and this is definitely a must-do experience when visiting Mount Batur. The jeep tour was fantastic, and our driver, Suda, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. He even took some incredible photos for our family that we’ll treasure for years to come. Thank you for such a wonderful trip and for making it a truly special day for our family. This is my family’s first trip outside the country, and so far we have enjoyed it a lot. Especially my daughter — she is really having a great time and spends the whole day playing in the water without stopping. Even though the weather is hot, we don’t really feel it, maybe because there are a lot of trees surrounding the water park, which is great. We can even walk barefoot because the ground doesn’t feel hot. We ordered pineapple pizza, shakes, duck buns, ice cream, and a caffe latte — everything was delicious, but the best for us was the smoke burger. We ordered it three times but still feel like we want more. We just can’t get enough of it; it’s really delicious.

Bali Safari was awesome! But the Varoma restaurant was next level. The theatrical performance was incredible and the whole experience inside the restaurant made our stay top-notch, we bought the premium package and it was so worth it. In general, everything we saw at the Safari was awesome.

Our driver was Edi. We had a early start but his communication the night before and the morning of was incredibly reassuring to us. He was an absolute delight and throughout the morning and day took care of us immensely. Overall this experience is most definitely anyone should consider. Lots of fun and a great day in general. By far my favourite was the rafting. my 16 year old loved the ATV Families with yound adults... great way to burn a day with the kids. Trust them to do the ATV on their own. Lunch was basic but wonderful cause it's something you don't need to worry about. Support the locals in anyway you can. 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Jungle Club Ubud! The atmosphere is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views that make it feel like a hidden paradise. The food and drinks were top-notch, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special shoutout to our waiter, WINDU, who truly made our visit unforgettable. His service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

The tour was very well organized, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable day. Our driver was friendly, attentive, and adapted the itinerary to our preferences, which made the experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised by a free visit to a coffee plantation, which was a great bonus. The temple was beautiful, and the views along the way were stunning. The ATV ride was definitely the highlight of the day—such an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and professional, everything was well organized, and all the equipment was provided. This tour package is definitely worth it. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend it!
