Best Hotel with the Best customer service. everything was perfect!

This is a high-end hotel in the city, and the ocean view upon entering is absolutely stunning. I just wish Klook had mentioned that booking an ocean-view room includes complimentary airport transfers. I only found out at check-in that round-trip airport transfers were free. The breakfast selection is extensive, with many local specialty foods to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at Loccal Collection Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room amenities and housekeeping. The hotel’s location is also a great advantage, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambience was stylish and relaxing. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the entire team. Their friendliness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Loccal Collection Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely love to return on my next visit!

Komodo Lodge – Labuan Bajo ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a pleasant stay at Komodo Lodge in Labuan Bajo. The location is one of its biggest advantages — it’s conveniently located near the harbour and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and other attractions around town, making it a practical choice for travellers joining a Komodo sailing trip. The room was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The overall atmosphere was simple and cosy, although some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance and updating. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience more enjoyable. The location is particularly convenient if you have an early morning boat departure or have just returned from a Komodo trip. Overall, Komodo Lodge is a good option for travellers looking for a convenient and reasonably comfortable stay in Labuan Bajo, especially for a short stay before or after a sailing trip.

Stayed at Loccal Collection Hotel during my trip to Labuan Bajo and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is great, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the town and harbour. The hotel has a lovely resort-style atmosphere, and the pool area is especially nice for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, although some areas of the hotel could benefit from better maintenance. Service was generally good, but there is still room for improvement in terms of consistency. Overall, a nice choice in Labuan Bajo, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with good views, a relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location.

An elderly father and his son went diving together. They were newly certified, beginner-level divers, so they hired a one-on-one dive guide. The guide from AZUL was very friendly to beginners. We also met a young woman from Singapore in our group, so even poor English wasn't an issue. We didn't see any manta rays, but we'll definitely be back.

Awesome service by the crew. Customer service was on top. Got to see Manta Rays and beautiful creatures. Worth every penny ❤️

Boat Condition: The boat was in excellent condition! It was clean, safe, and there were no areas where one could get hurt. Oh! On days with choppy waves, I thought it would be great to have seatbelts, as there was a concern of falling off the chair even when sitting still at high speeds. :) Guide: Yoga briefed us on the tour itinerary and explained the rules to ensure safety and protect the tour sites. With a lively and positive vibe, he took great photos at each tour spot and naturally led conversations. During snorkeling, he guided my wife and me, who are not accustomed to swimming in the sea, by holding onto a life tube, allowing us to see beautiful corals, fish, turtles, and even sharks! I would definitely recommend him to friends planning a trip to Labuan Bajo! Itinerary: We visited Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo National Park, then had lunch, stopped at a beautiful beach, and went snorkeling at Manta Point and Reef Point. The tour started at 6 AM and ended around 3:30-4 PM, which felt just right. :) Safety: We didn't have major concerns thanks to the professional boat driver and staff. However, it was a particularly windy day with rougher waves than usual. Although I don't usually get seasick, I felt a bit unwell today. Even if you don't typically experience seasickness, it would be wise to bring motion sickness medication.

All trip was perfectly organised we saw beautiful places a lot of drinks wherever you want good lunch to your choice chicken or fish very tasty, pink beach was so beautiful they was dear very friendly ,and we saw 10 komodo even wasn't sure we will see them because our guide says in the morning then has two tours but didn't spot any komodo so we was very lucky in the end when we had our lunch on the beach we was also few other komodo and even baby komodo snorkeling was amazing very clear water and lot of fish in the manta point we saw three mantras.
