An elderly father and his son went diving together. They were newly certified, beginner-level divers, so they hired a one-on-one dive guide. The guide from AZUL was very friendly to beginners. We also met a young woman from Singapore in our group, so even poor English wasn't an issue. We didn't see any manta rays, but we'll definitely be back.

A lovely afternoon and great value for money. Rangko cave with its blue lagoon was refreshing, the snorkelling world class and the hilltop view serene.
Highly recommend as a precursor to the big Komodo Island day trip!

This is a high-end hotel in the city, and the ocean view upon entering is absolutely stunning. I just wish Klook had mentioned that booking an ocean-view room includes complimentary airport transfers. I only found out at check-in that round-trip airport transfers were free. The breakfast selection is extensive, with many local specialty foods to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at Loccal Collection Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay made me feel right at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room amenities and housekeeping.
The hotel’s location is also a great advantage, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambience was stylish and relaxing.
What stood out the most was the excellent service from the entire team. Their friendliness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience.
I highly recommend Loccal Collection Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely love to return on my next visit!

Loved our stay. Rooms were clean and cosy. Complimentary breakfast was great, and staff were super friendly. Location was a bit out of the way so a bit hard to get around, and the hotel's transport charges were quite high. Gojek and grab only seems to have bike transport available, and it wasn't possible to book a car.

The tour is well organized, the guys are very experienced, helpful, and friendly. They also provide hotel pick-up and drop-off at the end of the tour. You're among the first to arrive at the various spots, which means you won't be surrounded by crowds. The snorkeling is well organized, they provide everything you need: life jacket, mask, fins, and even an underwater phone case. For those who don't feel like swimming alone, a float is provided, towed by one of the guys, who will take you around. At the end of the snorkeling, they serve a delicious hot cappuccino to warm you up. The only downside is that you have little time at the various spots, they're rather hasty. I recommend it.

The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to avoid crowds. It felt like we had each attraction all to ourselves. We even stopped for lunch at #MakassarTaka, where small sharks played right by the boat – it was so beautiful and dreamlike. Our guide, Robert, and the two crew members took excellent care of our family of three. The only minor issue was a small problem with the mouthpiece of the snorkeling mask; hopefully, this can be addressed in the future. At the end of the trip, they were able to drop us off directly at our hotel's pier, which saved us a lot of time. Ledi's arrangements were incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for this wonderful trip!
