John met me at arrival as soon my ferry landed. He was not only helpful in getting me around, but translated for me to staff at different venues. Also, this was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time. Plus he took great pics of me and my time in Batam. I wanted a relaxing, non hectic trip so we did things like the Welcome sign, visited their largest mosque, ate seafood at Barelang, viewed the Barelang bridge, and chilled at Bluefire beach club. He’ll also take you to the coffee tour if you’re into that lol. Overall, he was very accommodating and I would recommend this tour if you’re visiting Batam.

We really appreciate the assistance , kindness, and reliability of Mr. Ginto. We had a great time in Batam because of him. He made our tour enjoyable and memorable as we explore some of the tourist attractions such as the Welcome to Batam signage, Chengho mosque, miniature houses, Bandoeng resto, Chinese and Buddhist temples, Go Cart place, Beach Club, BCS mall and Barelang bridge. Thank you so much, KLOOK and Mr. Ginto, and we will surely visit Batam again and we will probably stay there for 2-3 days.

To be honest, this trip to Batam was a last-minute plan. If driver Agus hadn't messaged us the day before, we wouldn't have had any itinerary. We only gave him a very rough, unplanned schedule for the next day, and surprisingly, driver Agus helped us organize our itinerary well and recommended interesting places to visit. Saung Budaya Batam was a very interesting place, and we didn't regret stopping there. Driver Agus constantly shared the history of Batam and has good knowledge and navigation skills in Batam. Choosing this package was also very economical compared to other packages. Places visited included - Saung Budaya Batam, Barelang Bridge, Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque, Puncak Beliung, St. Peter's Church, Sultan Mahmud Riayat Mosque, Masjid Agung Raja Hamidah, Batam Raja Ali Museum (closed on weekends) & lunch at Kopak Jaya Seafood Restaurant.

Had a really enjoyable day out with Mr Rael as our driver. The places recommended were nice along with the places we wanted to go to, the drive was smooth, and got us to all our stops safely. Friendly lad and great service overall; will definitely book again next time!

We took a 6 seater car, Driver Agus informed us thru WhatsApp 1 day ahead, let him know our itinerary. We having sightseeing and enjoy our excursion. i cannot praise this tour enough. our guide/driver, Aulia was truly truly an asset to this company. she was very punctual, informative, catered to even the littlest needs. she made sure we got on our ferry back okay. she was very friendly, corteous and made way for us to enjoy our trip as much as possible. highly recommend this day trip from singapore! there is so much to see in this island even for a little time. they also curate your tour according to what you wanted to see or do!

My private tour guide/driver is Mr. Gunawan. Excellently satisfied, A GOOD PERSON, speaks fluent English, and knows his way all around Batam. I am very happy that he was my driver. All attractions and places I want to visit was achieved and added a few not on my list. Over-all, it was such a PERFECT experience for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 👍👍👍

Great experience with Mas Dodi! book Avanva but my lucky day we got Innova instead. Just tell where u want to go. He will bring u and event suggest the itinerary if u don't have one. Glad we book the driver. we doesn't have to think about parking and everything.

Dian, our driver is the best ever! She helped us finalised our itinerary, made our trip very convenient, enjoyable, she is very knowledgeable about the places, we learnt so much from her, assisted us in photo taking, she offered / gave us sarong so we could enter the temple and she didn't mind staying with us, extending an hour+ to complete our itinerary.
