We had an amazing time exploring Batam in just one day! Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday trips I’ve ever had! Amazing culture, delicious food and wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Riza, was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Batam and shared it with so much passion and detail. She is kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the entire trip. What impressed us most was how she always made sure our food preferences were met. Since we love seafood—especially crab—she showed the best restaurants she knows, and every meal was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience: the food, the culture, the coffee, the cakes, and even the souvenir shopping. Riza made my birthday extra special with a lovely cake surprise, which I deeply appreciated. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole celebration perfect. Very entertaining and informative Tour ❤️ Our tour guide Mr. Agus gave interesting facts and shared stories about the place we visited and made sure that our time in Batan is well spent and memorable. Mr Augus our tour guide was wonderful! We were picked up promptly at the sekupang terminal and we started our tour by going to guanyim statue, the activities such as flying carpet and then lunch at Barelang Kelong. Then we went for spa and foot reflexology Reborn at Nagoya, then trick eye museum, birds nest shop, and we had Nasi Padang before we return to Batam ferry terminal. Thank you for the great day!

It was my first trip to Batam with my son. Our tour guide, Jessica, gave us a wonderful experience—she arranged visits to various attractions and made sure we enjoyed a great meal even on a rainy day. We used our time well and had a fantastic visit. We also loved the activities and took lots of photos in Beliung Batam. The people were warm and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

We arrived at the harbor at 07:00 and reached the ticket collection point at 07:10. We exchanged 100 Singapore dollars (1,200,000 Indonesian Rupiah). The gate opened for check-in and Singapore customs at 07:55. The gate closed at 08:20, and we boarded the ferry at 08:40. Batam Island is one hour behind Singapore time. The journey took about 55 minutes. Because we were entering Indonesia, we had to fill out a visa card (crew members on board had a QR code for scanning and filling out the information). Therefore, we arrived in Batam at 08:45 Batam time. The Indonesian visa on arrival cost 527,000 Indonesian Rupiah for two people. Upon arrival, the tour guide went over the itinerary with us. We had Indonesian cuisine for lunch, which was quite good and a very special experience.

I had a fabulous time today in Batam. I highly recommend this trip. The guide Jonny was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. Pick up was prompt and efficient in a fully air conditioned van. The Island is small but there are lots of historic buildings and sights to explore. Don’t sleep on getting out and exploring the outlines you’ll never regret it!

Visited Batam alone for my birthday celebration and Dian (the tour guide) went above and beyond. She’s very informative, takes good photo, and a very good driver, She even surprised me with a cake after our last stop. I went to IndoThai massage and it was very relaxing. The culinary experiences, in particular, were remarkable; the variety and quality of local cuisine exceeded expectations and added significantly to the overall enjoyment of our trip. In light of the exemplary service we received and the positive experiences encountered, I am inclined to express a strong interest in returning to Batam at a future date, with the anticipation of further exploring its offerings.
