⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at ParkRoyal Jakarta! The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for our family. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. They were genuinely kind, warm, and always greeted us with a smile. We especially appreciated how they interacted with our toddler—they were patient, playful, and made her feel so welcome. Those little moments really made our stay extra special. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and everything we had was enjoyable. The location is also great—it's within walking distance of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, making shopping and dining very convenient. Just be a little careful when crossing the road, as the traffic can be busy and the pedestrian crossings may not be what you're used to. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay such a pleasant one. We would definitely return and highly recommend ParkRoyal Jakarta!

nice hotel.. everything was clean and well maintained. its a shame i didnt get to try breakfast because for only a night stay and need to catch flight in the morn. also got upgraded to 2 bedroom corner.. service was top with a cheery smile on the stafff face, so we felt welcome.. overall satisfied . view of city was great at 82nd floor

This overnight stay in jakarta was our 1st time as husband and wife, and this accommodation is one of the bookeds i can say! 👌Superb! ❤️ An experienced that we would never forget. I took the risk booking it even tho we would just stay overnight cause of the CITY VIEW, and cause we know that we did not have any time to go around the city that much 🥺 and this PARKROYAL SUITES did their thing! Huuuugh! Highly Recommended guys!! 💯💯❤️
