The ferry from Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, takes only one hour. Upon arrival, it's very convenient to apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival. There's no assigned seating on the ferry, so you can choose any spot you like. The air conditioning is quite cool, and you can check in luggage 🧳. I highly recommend it to everyone.

book 8 hour private car with driver by traveling bintan reliable company and my driver mr Ibin very friendly helpful and always putting on a great smile He was the one who pick me up at the ferry terminal on the first day and from his helpfulness I requested him to be my driver for my oncoming tour. he drive me to all the attractions which I plan and never rush me which ends up stress free and enjoyable. car is clean and comfy lastly he bring me nice restaurant for lunch highly recommended 👍👍

Pak Budi was an extremely efficient, friendly, and professional driver throughout our trip. He even arrived 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick-up time, which we really appreciated.
We simply gave him our itinerary, and he managed to fit everything into our 10-hour charter with excellent time management. We were able to visit all the tourist attractions we had planned around Bintan Island, and we even had time to spare for relaxed meal breaks without feeling rushed.
His driving was safe, he was punctual, and he knew the island well, making the entire day smooth and enjoyable. We had a fantastic time exploring Bintan, and I would highly recommend Pak Budi to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient driver.

beautiful, clean and spacious car. Anton was really friendly and pleasant. I wanted to take a look at the market, Jalan Merdeka, local coffee roasters, do a hair cream bath and a batik shop which I sourced. He took us to all the places! I am really satisfied and would use his service again.

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour!
Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made.
The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

Ou tour guide was Fendy. He spoke both good English and Chinese so communication was no issue at all. He arrived promptly at the hotel lobby to pick us up and greeted with a nice warm smile. We felt comfortable with him.
The highlight for us was the fireflies tour. There were so many! We could even hold them in our hands. What an exciting adventure.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering.
