Singapore - Bintan Resorts Ferry Ticket

fussfree experience. just need to head to counter at ferry terminal 90 minutes before travel time to collect physical tickets for boarding 30 minutes before travel time. ferry ride took about 50 minutes or so and Bintan is a very beautiful place with 22 resorts and many great beaches!

Convenient to book on klook to secure seats. Just have to go ferry terminal 90 minutes in advance to print out the boarding pass. Trip is seamless and on time. just that the ferry boarding place is only available at tanah merah ferry terminal.

very convenient! we can easily redeem the tickets from the counter. it just took less than an hour to the Bintan Island from Singapore. The ferry is large. But actually no need to arrive so early as we waited inside at the gate for so long.

Very convenient to book the ferry tickets in advance via Klook. The ferry only took an hour to arrive Bintan from Singapore and the journey was quite smooth and enjoyable. Recommend to sit at the back so it's more quite.

We have kids and elderly on this trip so we opted for the hop on hop off bus to fully explore different places in one day. We enjoyed it at the same time covered a lot of spots in a day. Highly recommended.

Everything was convenient! We only needed to show our passports and our boarding passes were given to us after a quick verification. After that, we went through immigration and headed to the waiting area. The ferry itself was spacious and we had a comfortably stay throughout the ride as the ferry had aircon.

100% worth it getting the Emerald pass. First, there is a dedicated desk in SG to pick up your ticket so you don't have to queue too long. then you go to the lounge and wait there until everybody is boarded and you go after to the upper deck of the ferry. the chairs are big and very comfortable. but the worth it part is in Bintan. you go straight to the lounge, drop off your passport on the way and the staff there will handle all the paperwork necessary while you enjoy a free drink in a very cute lounge. no need to stand in line for 30 mins to get through immigration. same on the way back, the staff in Bintan will handle everything for you. perfect for a chill trip!

hands free. fuss free. Big help to those with kiddos. Lounge is comfortable. Dont have to queue to stamp passport at Bintan. They ll assist you for that.
