Bintan

The ferry was bigger and cleaner than I expected, and the seats were comfortable. It departed about 10 minutes late and the ferry shook a lot, but I took motion sickness medicine so I didn't get seasick. The ferry was at 2 PM from Singapore, but it arrived in Bintan with a 10-minute delay, so it was about 2:20 PM. My luggage also came out safely, and the staff were friendly. I exchanged SGD to Rupiah at the money exchange in the terminal.

We had one of the best drivers during our trip. He was not only our driver but also our personal photographer, helping us capture many wonderful memories. He took us to all the famous places around Bintan and made sure we had a great experience. We were traveling with a toddler, and he was extremely helpful in ensuring our child’s safety and comfort throughout the journey. His kindness, patience, and excellent service made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly loved this trip. Thank you for making it so special. Highly recommended — 5/5!

The car rental company will contact you the day before via WhatsApp to confirm. Remember to download WhatsApp and register and log in using the mobile number you provided on Klook. The driver Anto, arranged by the car rental company this time, was excellent. We departed from TMFT in Singapore and arrived at BBT in Indonesia half an hour early at around 08:20, and he was already waiting for us. Throughout the 8-hour day, he followed our planned itinerary, and he also helped make appropriate adjustments. For example, since the zoo wasn't open in the morning, he helped us change to the mangrove tour first, making the morning itinerary flow more smoothly. It was a perfect day. We will definitely choose a car rental again next time we go to Bintan Island!

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

There was a litte miscomm in transport. However the experience at SpaLab was SUPERB. It was sooo good. We did Balinese massage and the therapist really work on our focus area of our body. The ambience was good and calming as well. Overall, the service was great. Highly recommended!

The consultation was quite thorough. The therapists made sure that our desired areas of focus were acknowledged and always made it a point to ask if we were comfortable with how they did the massages.
