Liem was super great and helpful throughout the whole trip. 🌟 The package was customisable and a lot of flexibility provided which was awesome. We did the sand dunes, blue lake, coffee and honey farm, and he took us to the kelong restaurant for lunch, dropped by a souvenir store, and ofc picked and sent us back to the hotel. It was all smooth and good. Will recommend! Thank you Liem for the great experience 😊💯

Although the weather wasn’t ideal and it rained heavily, requiring us to adjust our itinerary, our tour guide, Diki, did an excellent job making the most of the day. He quickly adapted the plans by arranging an early lunch while the rain was at its heaviest, ensuring that we didn’t waste any time and were still able to enjoy the trip. The sand dune was an old mining place. lovely place to take picture. Thanks to the photographer too!

투어 하루전 날 급하게 신청했는데도 불구하고 다음날 오전에 투어가 가능했습니다.우리 투어가이드 adrian은 아주 친절했고 빈탄과 인도네시아에 대한 정보들도 재밌게 알려주셨고 우리가족 3명이 불편함없이 다닐수 있도록 세심히 신경을 써주셨어요.먼저 약 1시간정도 진행되는 맹글로브투어후 블루레이크 사막가서 멋진 사진도 많이 찍어주셨답니다. 사진가분이 촬영해주시고 바로 사진도 받을수 있었답니다 점심먹고 우리가 필요한 마트도 방문후 숙소로 안전하게 데려다 주셨어요 adrian 덕분에 즐거운 투어 할 수 있었습니다!! 고민하신 분들 강추합니다!!

Wonderful time exploring Sand Dune with our assigned guide, Liem! We took the pony carriage but end of tour then we knew it is pregnant which I wouldn't had took the ride. We did the boat tour too and it was relaxing and additional nice photos. The weather was hectic that Liem was flexible in accommodating time change to prevent wet weather. Reliable service and communication. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. It's a nice experience to choose this company. We will choose Wayan again the next time if we come Bintan. Wayan is very nice and kind. His English is very good. The guide in mangrove is also very kind and nice. The weather is not good (heavy rainy when we are here) but the experience is good. I will highly recommend blue lake tour and ATV. The photographer in blue lake is nice and professional. And the ATV tour is worthy, although I am not a good ATV driver, but the experience is good. Finally we went to Kelong, nice food. We have a good afternoon.

클룩에서 이것저것 비교해보고 선택한 투어였는데 엄청 만족스러웠어요! 맹그로브, 사막&블루레이크, 커피&꿀 농장(추가)했는데 셋다 너무 좋았어요. 반딧불체험 못하고 온건 아쉬워요ㅠㅠ 한국분들은 Ariya 가이드 강추합니다! 가이드님이 한국을 좋아하시고 넘넘 친절하구 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 여자 둘이서 갔는데 안전하게 케어해주시고 책임감있는 모습에 감동했습니다. 다음에는 꼭 부모님 모시고가서 또 Ariya에게 투어 받으려고 합니다ㅎㅎ 블루레이크에서 Dudu 사진작가님이 DSLR카메라로 찍어주신 사진도 너무 예쁘고 잘찍어주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 무료로 찍어주시고 찍어주신 사진 모두 에어드랍으로 보내주셨습니다 ㅎㅎ 빈탄섬에서 행복한 경험을 하게돼서 너무 만족합니다! 강추!!

Kami berseronok semasa lawatan ini - pemandangan indah di lagun biru / bukit pasir (bawa pelindung matahari dan payung kerana cuaca boleh berubah-ubah mengikut penduduk tempatan), akan mengesyorkan untuk menaiki ATV pilihan (kedua-dua ATV satu tempat duduk dan dua tempat duduk tersedia, dengan penduduk tempatan di sana untuk membimbing dan memastikan keselamatan anda). Agensi menghubungi kami 1 hari lebih awal dengan arahan terperinci dan pemandu kami Encik Eri tiba tepat pada masanya untuk menjemput kami dari hotel. Beliau ramah, menawarkan diri untuk mengambil gambar untuk kami dan membawa kami ke tempat makan tengah hari alternatif berhampiran paya bakau (yang lebih luas dan lebih berventilasi baik) kerana lokasi asal telah ditempah penuh dengan tempat duduk terhad. Makanan sedap dan lebih murah berbanding di resort. Lawatan ke ladang kopi dan ladang lebah madu juga menyeronokkan - minuman alu-aluan (jamu), kopi, goreng pisang dan teh roselle termasuk dalam pakej. Penghalau serangga disediakan. Tidak perlu risau tentang disengat lebah kerana ia tidak menyengat.

Mr. Adrian was an excellent tour guide. He helped us take really nice photos and even helped carry our older kids up the steep stairs at the dunes. He was very knowledgeable as well! We were very fortunate to have him as a guide. The place was really beautiful and it is definitely a must-visit! We took many very scenic, lovely photos and were impressed by the dunes and the blue lakes! Don't miss out on the green lake too!

We really enjoyed the Blue Lake tour and took many photos! Our guide Wayan was so kind and took many pictures of us. His English and driving skills are also excellent. (Japanese) Our guide Wayan is very kind and drives carefully. His English is also fluent. He offers optional tours, but he's not pushy at all, so I think Japanese people can use his services with peace of mind.

It was a great trip, and our guide Fendy was very professional. After contacting us the day before, she gave us many suggestions for the itinerary and was happy to accommodate our schedule. The car was also very comfortable and clean. On the day of the tour, she even arrived at the hotel half an hour early to wait for us (we were late, but she didn't rush us at all), and she gave us a very detailed explanation along the way. That morning, we first went to the Blue Lake and the sand dunes, and took many beautiful photos at the Blue Lake (this service was originally only for groups of three, but we received it as a gift because we booked an additional massage package). We felt the time was very well spent. The seafood lunch was also excellent value. I highly recommend spending half a day on this private tour when visiting Bintan Island!
