Absolutely fantastic experience!! Our driver, Mr. Ali, was a joy to be with!! He was really accommodating & an expert navigator!! We had last-minute requests to add to the itinerary (additional charge which we don't mind, of course) & he knew how to get there and gave us the right information as well!! The desert, blue lake even had a professional photographer included in the package so our pictures turned out great!! The honey & coffee picking was short but fruitful, especially for coffee lovers like us!! Tasted authentic coffee & learned a lot from them!! Overall, this package is so worth it!! Would love to have Mr. Ali as our driver again if we happen to come back!! 🙏🏽

I had booked a 9:30 AM meeting with the intention of being picked up by the first ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and starting our itinerary right away. However, due to the time difference, we arrived in Bintan at 8:30 AM. When I messaged them on KakaoTalk, they handled it well, saying the guide was already there, perhaps waiting early. Our guide was Daddy! For the first stop, we went to a coffee farm experience. On the way, after Daddy and I introduced ourselves, he briefly explained about the coffee farm and Bintan, and we arrived quickly. We were able to taste Bintan coffee and pick coffee beans ourselves, and also experience honey harvesting. It was a truly amazing experience. After the coffee farm and honey experience, my partner and I, who vape, asked if there was an ATM and a place to buy e-cigarettes. Daddy said yes and took us there during our transfer. When we went on the Blue Lake and desert tour, a photographer was included. There was another Chinese couple taking photos, and we were waiting. The Chinese couple kept asking the photographer to take more pictures, and it seemed like Daddy told the photographer that we also needed to take pictures. He told us to stand at the photo spot and pose, then took some quick photos and said "okay," and the Chinese couple asked for more photos again. After everyone had taken their pictures, we were taking photos with our phones, and Daddy went to the photographer, perhaps asking him to take more proper photos of us, because he came back and took more pictures of us. We were so grateful. After all the photos were taken, Daddy took us around various spots at Blue Lake and the desert, explaining things and continuously taking pictures. We looked around and realized we were the only tourists accompanied by a guide. We really struggled in the hot weather. After the additional Paradise Massage, Daddy took us to the seafood restaurant, Kelong Restaurant, for lunch, and then safely back to our resort. The tour itself was great, but thanks to Daddy, we had an even more comfortable and enjoyable day. I highly recommend Guide Daddy to all Koreans when booking!👍

I went on a trip to Bintan with Blue Lake Tour this time, and I was 100% satisfied. Our guide was Daddy, and from the start of the tour, he said he would help us with everything and took such meticulous care of us that the entire trip was really comfortable. The guide constantly accompanied us and took so many photos, leaving us with a lot of memories. Even when I responded in Korean-style English, we could communicate, so there was no inconvenience at all, and above all, his sense of humor was great, so the atmosphere was enjoyable throughout. Actually, we were a bit worried because we hadn't researched restaurants or massages at all before going, but it turned out to be no problem. He guided us to good places and planned the itinerary neatly, so it felt like we just had to follow along. In particular, we could enter the Kelong restaurant for free by boat even without doing the mangrove tour, which was a truly unique experience. Seafood like chili crab and shrimp were so delicious and affordable, so I was completely satisfied! He also booked massages for us right away without any waiting, so we could receive them comfortably without wasting time, and I think the price was the cheapest. It was truly amazing!!! Daddy's personality was also so good that I felt great throughout the trip. Next time, I want to bring my parents to Bintan again, and I will definitely contact Daddy again!

Thanks to Mr. Alief, I'm leaving Bintan with wonderful memories. If you come to Bintan, you must try this tour. The desert and lake are less than a 30-minute drive from the resorts. The scenery is beautiful, and the photos taken by the photographer were so good, like a professional, that it was absolutely worth every penny. (A photographer with a Nikon DSLR suddenly appeared, took snap shots for free, sent them immediately via AirDrop, and their photography skills were amazing. They also kept taking photos with an iPhone.) It's such a worthwhile experience that it would be worth coming to Bintan just for this tour. I understand why the reviews are so good. Thank you for creating such great memories.

Pada mulanya kami menempah urutan selama 1 jam kerana tiada pilihan untuk melanjutkan. Oleh itu, pemandu membantu kami menghubungi kedai untuk melanjutkan selama 1 jam lagi. Pemandu kami membawa kami bersnorkel pada waktu pagi. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat menyeronokkan dan mengasyikkan. Selepas itu, kami pergi makan tengah hari di makanan laut Kelong. We had an amazing time on the Desert and Blue Lake Experience! The tour was packed with stunning, Instagrammable spots that made every moment photo-worthy. Our guide, Gabriel, was super accommodating—he even helped us take photos (together with Mr. Dodo) with the best angles, turning it into a mini photo shoot. Lunch was another highlight, with a beautiful view off the river and delicious, fresh seafood. Highly recommended for a scenic and memorable day!
