The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

so so beautiful. please note that the driver sent to pick us up was only in charge of the transport. when we reached the mangrove place, another guide (Eddie?) took over. Eddie was fantastic. he shared with us so many interesting things about the river and lifestyle of the locals. we saw a lot of animals like snakes, monkeys, a kingfisher, small mud crabs. I enjoyed myself. I was a bit afraid at first because I thought the boat was quite fast but it was very very stable and cooling. the boat was quite simple, just had seats and no shelter, but it was ok. there was only two of us on the tour so it felt very private. Eddie also helped take many photos of us, it looked so lovely. thank you again. we also opted for massage after and we were dropped off at paradise @ treasure bay. massage was amazing. after the massage, I texted the company and they sent another driver to pick us up. all in all it was an enjoyable day. (note: the company did not automatically tell me the car plate number 1 day before, I had to ask. also they changed the timing to a later time.... but as they replied fast via WhatsApp... its still okay)

Mr. Dona was very friendly and nice. The mangrove trip was a lot of fun, and we got to see many wild animals, including monkeys, snakes, and kingfishers. The sand dunes and Blue Lake were also great spots for taking photos. The fireflies tour was another highlight—very fun and full of excitement! Highly recommended!

The experience was amazing. The mangrove terminal is nice and clean. Well organised. The driver came and picked us at our resort and was on time. Fireflies were so cute! We managed to catch and let go of them. It was so fun. Iphone and Huawei are the best phones to capture videos and photos of them.

Réponse rapide de l'entreprise lors de la réservation. Les informations sur le chauffeur ont été fournies le jour du voyage, le chauffeur était ponctuel et aimable. Environ 15 minutes de route de Club Med à Bintan Mangrove, où un autre guide nommé Taufik a pris le relais. Il parlait bien anglais, était très serviable et instructif pendant la visite. Avec le Capitaine Roslan, ils ont rendu le voyage très agréable en nous aidant à nous approcher des lucioles, en en attrapant quelques-unes pour que nous puissions les tenir dans nos mains.

kind. The day we had our trip, our itinerary that day was only for two of us, so there were no other customers. We had the whole car to ourselves the entire day. The driver, Anwar, helped us take various photos at different sites. We enjoyed it so much. On the night firefly trip, we didn't see many fireflies, but we still had fun. We saw so many stars. It was a romantic experience.

Excellent experience for both the mangrove tour and fireflies tour. The dinner is also worth it in the Kelong.
