클룩에서 여러 가지 상품을 꼼꼼하게 비교해보고 여기로 결정하였습니다. 이용자분들의 후기도 좋고 다른 곳보다 가격도 경제적이라 선택하게 되었고 아주 만족스러운 투어였습니다~ 초등학생 아이들 둘 포함 4인 가족이 참여했는데 아이들에게 좋은 추억과 소중한 경험이 될 것 같네요. 깜깜한 밤에 보트를 타고 맹그로브 숲을 이동하는 것도 그렇고 어른이 되기까지 말로만 듣던 반딧불을 직접 보는 건 처음이어서 더 특별한 시간이었습니다. 가이드분께서 반딧불을 잡아서 아이들 손에 올려주시고 최대한 많은 반딧불을 볼 수 있도록 늦은 시간임에도 여러개 장소를 이동해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 추가로 반딧불에 생애 주기와 특징에 대한 설명도 유익했네요. 첫 투어라 제가 경황이 없어서 가이드분께 고마움의 표현으로 팁을 드리는 걸 깜빡한 게 유일한 아쉬움이었던 것 같습니다(필수사항은 아님). 반딧불 투어를 고민하고 계신 분들께 적극 추천합니다!! :)

Kami tidak berhasil mengunjungi tempat ini karena cuaca buruk. Sopir Nuki sangat baik, dia membawa kami ke toko suvenir di mana kami bisa berbelanja makanan ringan lokal / kue lapis dan dia mengantar kami ke Lagoi untuk bersantai.

The tour guide was helpful and friendly in explaining different aspects of the mangrove. The sight was nice and it was great to have some fresh air away from the city. Transport to the location was also convenient.

The driver and guide were excellent. Driver Jon was very accommodating. We tried to change the pick-up time, and he obliged, advising a good time. The boat tour was absolutely awesome. A super good experience. The boat took us to a deeper water area, and we saw so many beautiful fireflies. We stopped at a few spots, and it wasn't rushed at all. The driver also waited patiently and dropped us off at the convenience store to pick up water. Everyone took very good care of us. Highly recommended experience.

Being surrounded by the forest is truly refreshing; this was my first time experiencing the Bintan mangrove tour. The entire process was very enjoyable, and the guide's explanations were excellent.

It was an amazing trip... worth going! My friends and I enjoyed the session, and the driver Nuki was very nice and patient.

The tour was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride. The mangrove was quite dark, making it difficult for my camera to capture the fireflies, but the experience was magical. However, the operator only contacted me at 10 AM on the day of the tour, which caused some unnecessary stress as I wasn’t sure about the pickup time from my resort. It would be helpful if the operator provided contact details in the listing or reached out at least a day before the tour to confirm arrangements.
