Yamanashi Prefecture

This is my second time here. The dinner is delicious, and soaking in the hot spring after the meal is very comfortable. The next morning, you can see Mount Fuji and the sunrise from your room. If you're lucky, you can capture the inverted Fuji! Before breakfast, go for another soak in the hot spring, and then enjoy breakfast. It's very enjoyable. The Maple Leaf Corridor is near the hotel, and the Kawaguchiko Museum of Art is not far away. The Itchiku Kubota Art Museum is also next door, and this museum is worth a visit. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a great place to stay when visiting Kawaguchiko.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel provide free shuttle service from airport to Hotel. however, pick up service from airport is available in the afternoon while shuttle bus to airport only available in the morning. even without shuttle bus, we may get into train station within 3 mins. it is really convenient. One added benefit is the free breakfast provided by Tokyo Inn. it’s is good and with variety of choices. we may come back to this hotel when we visit Tokyo again. 酒店地點：Excellent 整潔度：Good 服務：Good 早餐：Excellent 交通便利性：Good

Service: The hotel offers a shuttle service, but the information wasn't clear beforehand. I specifically emailed the hotel staff to inquire and learned that there's a shuttle bus service available until 8:00 PM. They were very helpful in suggesting that I ask the 7-Eleven at the Yamashita bus stop to call for me, which was very thoughtful! The early breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the hot spring area was large and very comfortable. I was also lucky to have good weather and was able to fully enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Fuji.

Hotel Location: The room offers a clear view of Mount Fuji, although the left side is slightly obstructed by a mountain. Transportation Convenience: There is a dedicated parking lot across the street, and it is also convenient to come from Kawaguchiko Station. Service: The service staff is excellent. They will prepare the beds at dinnertime and tidy them up after breakfast. Cleanliness: The decor and equipment are dated, but well-maintained.

This hotel is located facing Kawaguchiko lake and we should be able to view Mount Fuji but sadly the weather was awful. The room is huge and clean with all the amenities including pyjamas and slippers to wear for the onsen on the 4th floor. There is a smoking large ashtray at the exit of each floor. The breakfast is traditional Japanese which is a great experience for non vegetarian. You need to be punctual for the breakfast! We arrived in the evening and drove to centre of the town for family mart. The Indian restaurant opposite kebab shop serves Halal food and highly recommended. The parking around the lake including near the Mount fuji ropeway is free. Sadly the weather was awful which spoiled our enjoyment. The hotel itself is good especially the onsen and large room.

You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel rooms, the rooftop open-air hot spring, the second-floor restaurant, and even while waiting to check in at the hotel lobby... One night with two meals, the food is exquisite and delicious, the hotel staff is attentive, has a high level of English, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here at Fuji View Hotel. Staffs were very hospitable and helpful. The ammenities were excellent and complete! Plus, the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the overlooking hotel garden with trees turning red. 😍 That was the best hotel stay ever!

An amazing hot spring hotel with rooms that overlook Fuji-Q Highland and Mount Fuji 🗻, simply perfect. The main point is the bed is very comfortable 😁 and the bathroom is quite large. There's also a bathhouse on the top floor where you can take a bath ~ super warm.

I passed by this hotel during my last visit to Kawaguchiko and thought it looked impressive, especially because it has an onsen (hot spring). This time, I brought my family to stay and see. Since we chose a room facing Mount Fuji, the price wasn't cheap, but it does include access to the women's bath. The hotel service is good. We were told that yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers are not allowed in the lobby or restaurant, which we adhered to, but we saw many people ignoring the warning signs or simply not seeing them. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to quite a few locations, but be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss the last ride back.
