Easy to convert digital voucher to a physical ticket. This place is a must visit specially for those seeking "real thrilling rides", Japan really set a standard for thrilling rides. They are also using high technology, no need for wristbands for passes or to keep your physical ticket, they're using face scan to confirm if you have one day passes or etc.

I booked a tour for a van with 8 other people whom I don’t know. I solo travelled and was very well accommodated by our tour guide 林晨旋. He drove us to every destination on time, allowing us to see all Mt. Fuji picture spots before other large tour buses got there. It also includes hotel pick-up and drop-off so it’s very convenient. Overall, I’m happy I joined and feel that this was worth it.

Kate is friendly, detailed and clear in her explanation, explain the culture and gave useful tips about travelling in Japan too. She even folded origami cranes as parting gifts for each one of us! The locations are beautiful too, good value considering the many places we went.

the experience was awesome! we didnt have to line up to buy tickets thanks to klook. arrived there around 3pm and we only waited about 20 mins to ride the cable car. waiting longer would still be worth it because the view above was spectacular. but the swing was closed around that time so maybe come earlier. regardless we still enjoyed our time. take note that you still need to line up again when going down the ropeway as there are a lot of people unless you prefer hiking down.

I and my friend were a bit late this morning ( 3 mins ), the tour guide was patient enough to wait for us and we are really greatful for that . We were lucky to have sunny weather today, the tour guide was great, she had great personality , professional , gentle and very responsible . We enjoyed the tour very much.

Had an amazing time touring Mt Fuji! I’m so glad I decided to go for it! We got picked up from Tokyo station and enjoyed a FULL day around Mt Fuji Area. The places we went were so nice and the itinerary was planned beautifully. Fred was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained everything well and gave directions clearly so we can get the best experience.

The Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour was an amazing experience, though it did feel a bit short since it was only one day. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t take pictures at the Torii gate because of the long queue, but overall, we had a fantastic time. The winter scenery was beautiful, and I was fortunate enough to see the breathtaking Mt. Fuji again for the second time. Our guide, Jack from GogoDay travel service, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure to take our photos, answer all our questions, and shared tons of valuable insights about each destination. We would love to tour with him again in the future.
