The mini pass covers a wide area (including buses and JR lines, but note that it does not include Kintetsu). It's also convenient for visiting Miho no Matsubara, but be sure to check the timetable, as some stations have infrequent services. If you want to see Mount Fuji, the earlier you go, the better, as visibility is higher.

Fifth time going to Mount Fuji, first time taking the bus because I couldn't get JR tickets. Turned out to be better than expected. Besides the bus stop being super hard to find at the beginning, the benefits are: 1) The bus guarantees a seat and is comfortable. 2) Goes directly to the hotel's onsen (hot spring) street without having to transfer. 3) Once on the expressway, there's no traffic, basically the same travel time as the JR. 4) You can eat at the rest stops along the way.

Our driver mr 神藤志良 is such a nice and understanding driver, we enjoyed chatting with him along the way, and he is very attentive to our needs. highly recommended if you have young kids travelling with you as it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. he recommended us nice spots and also a nice place for lunch as it was our first time in Japan. thank you so much!

I was very impressed with Next Tour's service for a 10-hour private Fuji tour. The team's coordination was excellent; they created a chat group in advance to confirm the itinerary and contact numbers. Our driver, Mr. Shrestha, arrived before the scheduled time, was very polite, and drove smoothly and safely. Even though it rained on the day of our tour and the weather wasn't ideal, making it difficult to see Mount Fuji clearly, Mr. Shrestha made an effort to take care of us and helped us check in at various spots. He communicated well in English, which made the trip very smooth. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan with family or friends.

It was one of the memorable parts of my Tokyo trip since I was the only passenger plus the driver and tour guide. I wasn't expecting a tour guide but I got one and he is so friendly. Plus, the perfect weather showing the magesty of Mount Fuji. This is my second time seeing it but it still amazed me. Will definitely come back again.

Absolutely stunning tour. Out tour guide, Linda, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more fun. She even helped us with getting to the bullet train station afterwards, which she did not have to do. All the locations we went to was beautiful! Definitely recommend this tour. :D

It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!
