However, we did feel a bit uncomfortable with the driver. He was unable to speak English, despite our prior request, and he was not very friendly. Perhaps he is still young and lacks experience, or maybe our expectations were a bit high 😅. Overall, we arrived home safely and were happy that the 2-day tour to the Mount Fuji area went well 🥰.

the operator did not give any name of the driver, driver did not show up until the day of my departure and klook is also very slow responding my complaint, now even my booking being set as completed without we getting any of the service. dont book this.
