Pick-up/Drop-off Locations and Itinerary Arrangement
- This itinerary defaults to pick-up and drop-off within Tokyo city, with a service duration of 10 hours.
- If different pick-up/drop-off locations are required, the service duration will be adjusted to 8 hours, and an empty car fee will be charged.
- The itinerary can be customized with attractions and routes according to your needs, and the duration of stay at each attraction can be flexibly negotiated with the driver on the day.
- Admission tickets to attractions must be purchased by the travelers themselves; this activity fee does not include tickets.
Fees and Additional Items
- ETC highway tolls and parking fees: Not included, to be reimbursed by travelers on the day based on actual expenses.
- Consecutive charter: An additional driver accommodation fee of ¥10,000 per night is required.
- If the single-day itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers (Nikko/Karuizawa 330 kilometers), an additional charge of ¥200 per kilometer will be applied for the excess portion.
- Overtime usage: 5-7 seater vehicle: ¥8,000 per hour 9-seater vehicle: ¥10,000 per hour (Less than 1 hour is calculated as 1 hour)
- Child seats and special requirements
- The first child seat is provided free of charge; each additional seat will incur a charge of ¥2,000.
- If you have wheelchair aids or other special requirements, please inform us in advance when booking to ensure proper arrangements. Other precautions

- If additional assistance or language services are needed, please contact customer service in advance before departure to arrange.
