What to expect
Which routes are included in this tour? Can it be customized? This tour includes one-day and multi-day routes departing from Tokyo to destinations such as central Tokyo, the Mt. Fuji area, Hakone, Kamakura, and Izu. In addition, we offer customized routes—you can adjust the itinerary according to your needs (please note that additional charges may apply if the mileage limit is exceeded).
How long will we stay at each attraction? Are entrance tickets included? The duration of stay at each attraction can be adjusted based on your preferences. Typically, the driver will discuss with you to ensure you have enough time for sightseeing and taking photos. Entrance tickets are not included in the tour; you will need to purchase them on your own.
When will the service provider share the driver and vehicle information after booking? The service provider usually provides the driver’s details and vehicle license plate information one day before the service. The supplier may contact you via WhatsApp / LINE / WeChat.
What’s included in the price? What are the possible additional charges? Included: Driver’s meals / Fuel surcharge / Highway tolls / Intercity fees / Bridge and tunnel fees / One child seat (free of charge for the first seat) Possible additional charges: Attraction entrance fees / Personal expenses / Overtime charge: 5,000 JPY per hour / Pick-up or drop-off outside Tokyo’s 23 wards / Night service (after 20:00 local time): 5,000 JPY per hour / Extra mileage fee: 400 JPY per kilometer (applies when customized route exceeds 300 km)

Excellent experience with the company. Driver was Mr Gong who was super attentive and planned each step of our journey well, including stops for lunch. We went to Hakone from Tokyo, stopping by Lake Kawaguchiko and Chureito Pagaoda, then ended at our Ryokan. Mr Gong brought us to good photo op spots, helped us with the check in process and gave us pointers to spend the day, we cannot thank him enough! 2 thumbs up!! car condition was excellent, clean, and comfortable in an Alphard.

The vehicle was clean and spacious, and the driver was skilled. The Karuizawa trip was a bit long and required overtime, but he also took care of us by stopping at roadside stations or nearby restrooms for short breaks, and safely and quickly took us to the places we wanted to go.
