Although the event started late due to a traffic accident, tour guide Zhang Yu was dedicated and responsible in handling the issues. However, the driver on this trip had a poor attitude, and we hope the company can address this.

The views of Mt. Fuji were breathtaking, especially by Lake Kawaguchi, and Lake Yamanaka offered a serene, picturesque stop. Our guide was friendly and informative, making the experience even better. It’s a great option if you want to see Japan’s iconic sights in a day!
Too little time for shopping at Gotemba, Oishi Park was skipped due to unforeseen marathon and Sengen Park was rushed in just 40mins. Not suitable for elderly people or young children

- The supplier will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers.
- To ensure safety and a smooth trip, please do not arrange important evening activities (such as flights, Shinkansen, night buses, performances, reserved restaurants, etc.). In case of delay, the supplier will not be liable for any compensation.
- Luggage for chartered trips can be placed in the storage space at the back of the car.
- Chartered trips have a 10-hour service time. If additional time is requested on-site or the stay at attractions is extended, overtime fees will be incurred. Please pay the driver on the day, calculated at 5000 JPY per half hour, with time accumulated for charging!
- The itinerary may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The driver has the right to flexibly adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or reduce the itinerary, subject to the actual situation on the day.
- In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some operations and performances without prior notice.
- If no official notification of activity cancellation is received, the supplier will proceed as planned. If the flowering period or special activities do not meet expectations, no refunds will be given.
