Hotels in Tokyo

The location is excellent; the subway, convenience stores, shopping area, and train station are all very close. There's also a direct connection to the airport, and many good restaurants. However, the rooms are really small (small double room). Although this is common, my husband brought a top-opening suitcase, and I had a regular one, and basically neither could be fully opened. The top-opening one could barely manage. Packing on the last day was really frustrating 😫. There's no bottled water provided in the room; you have to buy it yourself. The room was very stuffy, so we had to open the window at night, but it was very noisy outside. Check-out time is 10 a.m., which I personally think is a bit early. You can leave your luggage after check-out. The breakfast is simple, but still quite delicious, and the service staff were all pretty good!

Our stay at this Shinagawa tower hotel was a fantastic experience, especially traveling with my 11-year-old son! The hotel itself is almost like an entertainment hub—it was so cool having a full bowling alley and an aqua center right on-site, which kept my son completely entertained.The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. However, a quick tip for future travelers: make sure to get there early because the dining area can get quite hectic during peak morning hours.We also loved having a 7-Eleven downstairs right in the building. It was incredibly convenient for grabbing random snacks, drinks, and quick treats at any time of the day. Another huge plus for families is the large coin laundry facility on the premises, which made managing our clothes halfway through the trip effortless. Despite the layout being a bit confusing at first for airport pickups, the excellent amenities, convenient shops, and great food made this a perfect base for our Tokyo adventures!

helpful staff and easy to navigate around.. the room is clean and the store is nearby for a quick snack..they even have a place to keep the bags even after check out.

this hotel is literally just across akihabara station. it is very strategically located with malls, cafe, restaurant all over it. the area is also safe to walk at night. as for the hotel itself, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. the hotel buffet breakfast is also great with salmon sashimi. room is compact and simple but that is expected from a 3 star hotel. overall i hv a great stay at this hotel.

this is an extra day for us. they allowed us to stay in the room, for this day. not requiring us to check out prior to check in. very friendly staff at the reception. can understand english language.

Amazing experience for my 10 nights in Japan - almost daily Fuji view visible as requested for my west-facing room except snowy and cloudy days. Wonderful drip coffee bags, extensive skin care package and a clean room were maintained and refreshed during my stay. I am so happy about my room and would like to express my gratitude towards the very helpful English-speaking team, especially the bell captain who helped me find a lock master at 11pm to help unlock my broken luggage in the second week of my stay. Major train station and 24-hour stores are just a street away if urgent or spontaneous shopping interests come up. I would definitely be back if I ever visit Tokyo again!

I enjoy my stay here, the room was clean, no bad smell, everyday they change your towel, everything you need like iron and adapter are available in the front desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful, no need to worry if you came early done the check in you can leave your belongings and explore Japan, they have wash room near the lobby you can change and freshen up if you came earlier than the check in, the location was near to Sensō-ji, skytree tower is visible already, ASAKUSA line train station is second away and Family mark too.. thank you for the good service.

I love the atmosphere in this hotel. In the common area, you’ll see people from different countries. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The interior looks so fun. My room is also sufficient enough. Not to small, not too big. It was clean. Everything in it is playful which I appreciated. I missed the bathtub though for hot tubs after a long day of battering your feet. Nevertheless, it is not a dealbreaker. I enjoyed my 5D4N stay overall. Will consider booking again for my next Tokyo trip. I love that it’s in Asakusa.

It was truly a wonderful experience. I got a room on the 16th floor with a view over Shinjuku. The service was also excellent; when my bathtub leaked, it was taken care of immediately. The service was always extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was also outstanding. I was at Shinjuku Station in 10 minutes, and there were also 2 beautiful temples all around. I give my highest recommendation. I am very satisfied and would love to come back.
