Kept everything clean, close access to the train station, and great location for food and a store nearby. Will definitely booking here again! Felt like home away from home

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a total of 7 nights with a break of 2 nights when we visited Hakone. in so many aspects, I give a thumb up! Location wise, it is such a convenient place in terms of transportation (where it very close to both JR lines and local subway lines , and you can enjoy endless varieties of restaurants and some even open past midnight with the earliest 5am and a few 24 hours. And the most impressive highlight is the staff quality and the professional service they delivered . Special appreciation to Trang, who has been most sincere, cheerful, thoughtful and proactively helpful, which made us truly feel at home. The size and spacing inside the room is way above those bigger brand and chain. The buffet breakfast is impressive too. Next time I come again, must stay again.

The place was excellent in all aspects! The location was so good with the JR Station minutes away and special access to hotel residents at the basement of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and, in our opinion, the best, even better than all the branded hotels! The hotel was also walking distance to a Don Quixote branch and Sushiro! Our daughter and her husband were able to go to a Bookoff Store nearby. Overall, we had an excellent experience there!

Room was spacious and buffet breakfast included was excellent. Was able to enjoy a variety of food during our stay. The self serviced bar was a selection of wine and beer which we were only able to use once as it opens between 2-7pm. Unless you are in the neighborhood most of the time, I won't consider it a perk that you can really enjoy.
