overall, staying at shinjuku granbell hotel was great. the only problem we had is that our room came with bed pillows that were not very comfortable. the pillows from the sofa were better. the room was great. it's not very spacious but it's enough for two people with luggages. bathroom was superb. staff were friendly and fluent in English. self check in/out was very convenient.

Stayed at Shinjuku Granbell Hotel and honestly had a great experience. The staff were super accommodating — we had issues with the Wi-Fi a couple of times and even in the middle of the night they kept helping us patiently until everything was fixed. Every day we came back to fresh sheets, new towels, new slippers, and the room always smelled clean and nice.
The location is also perfect. It’s close to basically everything and surrounded by great bars and clubs, so the nightlife was really fun and lively. Definitely made the whole Shinjuku experience unforgettable.
Definitely a 100/10 rating for me!!!

Great location near the train station and near all of the popular spots in Shinjuku. check in was self processed and checkout was also self processed. it also allowed you to call for go taxis in a easy spot for pick up.
