Great location, friendly staff, and very clean and comfortable hotel room.

The staff were absoluletly amazing and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and the location is top notch. Lots of things to do with access to everything footsteps outside the building.

Great hotel near subway and a 15 min walk to Tokyo station. Staff were helpful with shipping luggage. Having a Royal Host in the building was great for late night meal after exploring Tokyo for a full day. Room was big for a business hotel. Our family of 4 enjoyed our time here.

nice hotel but abit old. like the buffet style toiletries, self service. price is reasonable. Some of hotel staff command of English not so good, cannot understand what they said sometimes. overall it’s still good experience.

The hotel was great and very comfortable! There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores close by and it’s also close to the train station. The staff was very attentive and nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

the hotel has a room for 3 which relatively hard to find in Tokyo with sufficient space. the location is good. Near subway 2 stations. not much selection for restaurant nearby that open early in the morning. But there’re lawson and 7-11 nearby.

For location-wise, the hotel is very close to Hatchobori station (Hibiya line exit A4 - stairs, if elevator will have to look for another exit). Not as near to the JR line (need to walk a bit from there, and especially if carrying luggage, need to look for exit B2 for elevator access).

this hotel was perfect during our first 3 day stay at Tokyo! we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. they spoke well in English and efficiently assisted us in the process of forwarding our luggage to Osaka at a reasonable price. they have thoughtful amenities at the front desk of yummy warm tea and also lots of additional toiletries in a buffet style case you forgot to pack some. I utilized the laundry which was 300 yen for one load and 100 yen for drying which was super convenient. although it took probably 300 yen total to dry my load completely as each dryer session is 30 mins. The room was decent sized, spacious, clean & comfortable. the pillows aren’t as soft as I am used to but it works. toilet and showers are comfortable. the only thing I would recommend them fix is the drain in th shower that doesn’t drain fast enough before you have a full bathtub. I got too tired at the end of our days exploring to mention it. would recommend this location- close to train is a plus!
