Every time I return to Japan, I always go there. It's directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, so I can walk there immediately upon arrival. It's also convenient for my return to Taiwan, as I can rest at the hotel until the last minute. The hot springs and bedrock bathing help me relax after work when I return to the hotel. Since there are many restaurants in the facility, I can try a different one each day, which is great for enjoying various foods during my temporary stay in Japan.

Hotel location: The hotel is located near the metro, with shops and restaurants nearby. Transport access: It's close to a metro station, making it convenient to travel anywhere by metro. Service: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I frequently stay at this hotel when I'm in Tokyo.

AAA+++ Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Our stay here was an excellent experience. Ikebukuro is a nice suburb and a stone's throw from famous tourist locations. The hotel is directly connected to Sunshine Mall so you can shop till you drop. We'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel with incredible amenities. Wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy. Well centered, incredible restaurants, konbinis, bar, amazing hospitality and connected directly to shinjuku south entrance for transport and keio mall, what more is there to be said!!!

The hotel is in a good location, very near the subway station. The staff are friendly. Although the room was small, it was worth the very affordable price.

This hotel is literally just across Akihabara Station. It is very strategically located with malls, cafes, and restaurants all around it. The area is also safe to walk at night. As for the hotel itself, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel buffet breakfast is also great, featuring salmon sashimi. The room is compact and simple, but that is expected from a 3-star hotel. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient. It’s near the JR Kinshicho Station and walking distance to malls, restaurants & convenience stores, so everything you need is nearby. The room is a bit small but that’s pretty normal in Tokyo. It was very clean and comfortable. What I loved the most was the complimentary amenity bar in the lobby. They were so generous with the free amenities, which was such a nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic, directly in the heart of Shinjuku Station. Within walking distance, there are many convenience shops, eateries, shopping malls, including a big Takashimaya department store, and a flagship Tokyu Hands. This is also very near the Shinjuku Gay district, which has many clubs and places.

Our stay at this Shinagawa tower hotel was a fantastic experience, especially traveling with my 11-year-old son! The hotel itself is almost like an entertainment hub—it was so cool having a full bowling alley and an aqua center right on-site, which kept my son completely entertained.The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. However, a quick tip for future travelers: make sure to get there early because the dining area can get quite hectic during peak morning hours.We also loved having a 7-Eleven downstairs right in the building. It was incredibly convenient for grabbing random snacks, drinks, and quick treats at any time of the day. Another huge plus for families is the large coin laundry facility on the premises, which made managing our clothes halfway through the trip effortless. Despite the layout being a bit confusing at first for airport pickups, the excellent amenities, convenient shops, and great food made this a perfect base for our Tokyo adventures!
