this is an extra day for us. they allowed us to stay in the room, for this day. not requiring us to check out prior to check in. very friendly staff at the reception. can understand english language.

this hotel is literally just across akihabara station. it is very strategically located with malls, cafe, restaurant all over it. the area is also safe to walk at night. as for the hotel itself, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. the hotel buffet breakfast is also great with salmon sashimi. room is compact and simple but that is expected from a 3 star hotel. overall i hv a great stay at this hotel.

the hotel has a good location very near the subway station. the staff are friendly. although the room was so small but it worth the price very affordable.

The location is excellent, and for a Tokyo city center hotel, the room space is quite large! This was my second stay. However, this time there was an issue: the room key card couldn't open the door. After going back to the front desk on the first floor, a staff member accompanied me back to the room to test it, but it still wouldn't open. After several back-and-forths, the problem remained unresolved. We determined it was likely a synchronization issue with the key card system, as the staff's master key card worked, but ours didn't. Ultimately, they moved us to an equivalent room, which took about 20 minutes of hassle. The staff member who assisted us had a great attitude and apologized repeatedly. Even though a different person was at the front desk when we checked out, they seemed to have been briefed on the situation and apologized again before we left.

Excellent Location: Situated directly across from Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street, it's about a 5 to 7-minute walk to Asakusa Subway Station. With convenience stores and restaurants nearby, it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Clean and Comfortable: Recently built, the decor and rooms are very new and bright, and the beds are soft and comfortable for sleeping. Complimentary Amenities: The lobby offers 24-hour self-service coffee and tea bags, along with a complimentary amenity bar where you can freely pick up items. Extremely Small Bathroom: The integrated bathroom space is very tiny, making it cramped to turn around or use the bathtub. Taller individuals may find it inconvenient. Basic Facilities: Bottled water is not provided in the room (only on the first day), and the outlets do not have USB ports, so you'll need to bring your own adapter. Additional Notes: The hotel provides fresh towels daily, but full room cleaning is done every three days. If you prefer daily cleaning, please keep this in mind.

We had a fantastic experience at the Keio Park. The staff was very polite and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean and the food at the hotel buffet was delicious and included a wide variety of Western, Chinese and of course, Japanese options. The hotel is right across the Metropolitan Government building and one can see the nightly light show from the hotel. It is conveniently located near the Shinkjuku station.

AAA+++ Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Our stay here was an excellent experience. Ikebukuro is a nice suburb and a stone's throw from famous tourist locations. The hotel is directly connected to Sunshine Mall so you can shop till you drop. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is a very convenient hotel, close to many shopping areas. I'm not sure about the cleanliness, as I only stayed for 3 days and wasn't feeling well. There are many restaurants, department stores, and convenience stores nearby, and it's close to Shinjuku Station. The hotel provides all necessary amenities. This time, I stayed in a very spacious room. The bathroom even had grab bars for seniors. There's also a limousine bus service that picks you up directly from the hotel and takes you to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and happy to assist.
