this is an extra day for us. they allowed us to stay in the room, for this day. not requiring us to check out prior to check in. very friendly staff at the reception. can understand english language.

this hotel is literally just across akihabara station. it is very strategically located with malls, cafe, restaurant all over it. the area is also safe to walk at night. as for the hotel itself, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. the hotel buffet breakfast is also great with salmon sashimi. room is compact and simple but that is expected from a 3 star hotel. overall i hv a great stay at this hotel.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel was a great stay for us 🏨✨ The room was comfortable and convenient, but the real highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet at Manhattan Table Grill & Dining — honestly the best breakfast we’ve ever had! So many delicious options and everything was fresh and satisfying. It’s a really good choice for both couples and families, and we’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Shinjuku, Tokyo 🤍

AAA+++ Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Our stay here was an excellent experience. Ikebukuro is a nice suburb and a stone's throw from famous tourist locations. The hotel is directly connected to Sunshine Mall so you can shop till you drop. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is a very convenient hotel, close to many shopping areas. I'm not sure about the cleanliness, as I only stayed for 3 days and wasn't feeling well. There are many restaurants, department stores, and convenience stores nearby, and it's close to Shinjuku Station. The hotel provides all necessary amenities. This time, I stayed in a very spacious room. The bathroom even had grab bars for seniors. There's also a limousine bus service that picks you up directly from the hotel and takes you to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and happy to assist.

the location is superb. everything in shinjuku is walking distance. and we did not mond the walk because of the cold weather :-) . Th airport Limousine Bus directly stop atbthe hotel. there are 2 breakfast places to choose from, and they both serve Japanese and Western cuisine. a konbini is also very accessible.

I enjoy my stay here, the room was clean, no bad smell, everyday they change your towel, everything you need like iron and adapter are available in the front desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful, no need to worry if you came early done the check in you can leave your belongings and explore Japan, they have wash room near the lobby you can change and freshen up if you came earlier than the check in, the location was near to Sensō-ji, skytree tower is visible already, ASAKUSA line train station is second away and Family mark too.. thank you for the good service.

hotel is in a very good location, close to Metro and easy for car transfers. check in was smooth and the room for 3 people was comfortable even with the sofa bed. the breakfast was great and I particularly liked the self service luggage cloak room to store after check out, very easy and convenient.
