Tokyo Workshops

It was a great experience. I got chopsticks that I made myself, and they turned out amazing. My boyfriend chose Sonokeling wood; it's hard, but he did a great job. I liked Yakusugi; it was my favorite type of wood from the first time I saw it.

I booked this and the Kintsugi art class they offer and was so impressed. The staff were amazing and the place is amazing! My husband and I started with making chopsticks. They have a couple you can choose from that were included or you can upgrade to some other chopstick options. We went with the ones included. We worked with Umar and he was so patient and kind to explain each step of the process. For a small additional fee you can also have your name engraved in Japanese which we did! I would highly recommend adding this to your next trip to Tokyo!

Amazing experience. Rick is very calm and patient, an excellent tutor. This was honestly a really cool shake affordable experience and I have memories that will last forever from this... and a fancy new pair of chopsticks! 😁

I arrived a little early and they were booming with people. it was a short wait (10 minutes) & Kamila came over, introduced herself, and walked me through the entire process. Her outgoing attitude and gentle spirit made this process beautiful for me. this has made my Japan journey worth it even more. I will always remember Kamila and this beautiful process in bringing a piece of Tokyo back with me.

All the workers were so fun and helpful with the process. Being an English speaker goingt though this process was extremely easy with the staff as well. would recommend for good quality Japanese denim that is easily one of the best souvenirs you could take home for any tourists. NOTE: if you have bigger legs you might need to upgrade to selvedge. I am a US size 38 in mens jeans but had to get the 44 to get my legs to fit and feel comfortable. the Selvedge felt much nicer as well.

What an amazing experience! I got to build my very own custom Game Boy, and I absolutely loved it. The instructor explained everything so clearly and patiently guided me through every step, making the whole process easy to follow and so much fun.🕹️ The atmosphere was incredible—everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and excited to be there! I’m so happy with my Game Boy, and having built it myself makes it even more special. An unforgettable experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much! ⭐️😍

very good experience indeed 🫶 worth every penny. Netty is very good in teaching how to do the ring and what specific thing to avoid and th pendant is good as well. thanx netty fo being a good teacher and being so nice. worth the experience indeed 😁

I would give this experience 5 stars in every possible way. We worked with 4 different Wood types and every single Outcome was unique and beautiful, and the fun was unmeasurable. And Yuka was absolutely awesome, she helped and gave us the best service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the experience was pretty fun. Being able to take home chopsticks that you make by hand is very memorable and a nice souvenir from Japan. Please know that there is an upcharge for different chopstick material and if you want engraving. For example, we had to pay quite a bit more money for teak and sakura wood. We also paid to have our name engraved on the chopsticks. This up charge is a lot more than the original fee, it’s just good to know that ahead of time so you’re not surprised. If you don’t want to upgrade your wood or add engraving, then you will be able to choose from 3 wood choices without having to pay anything more.
