this is an extra day for us. they allowed us to stay in the room, for this day. not requiring us to check out prior to check in. very friendly staff at the reception. can understand english language.

this hotel is literally just across akihabara station. it is very strategically located with malls, cafe, restaurant all over it. the area is also safe to walk at night. as for the hotel itself, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. the hotel buffet breakfast is also great with salmon sashimi. room is compact and simple but that is expected from a 3 star hotel. overall i hv a great stay at this hotel.

Hotellet ligger i en meget god beliggenhed, tæt på Metroen og nemt for biltransport. Check-in var problemfrit, og værelset til 3 personer var komfortabelt, selv med sovesofaen. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, og jeg kunne især godt lide det selvbetjente bagagerum til opbevaring efter check-ud, meget nemt og bekvemt.

the hotel has a good location very near the subway station. the staff are friendly. although the room was so small but it worth the price very affordable.

There's an airport bus stop right outside the hotel, or you can take the Narita Express to Shinjuku Station and then walk to the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk, and if you stroll along the street, browsing shops, it doesn't feel too far. However, if you take the underground passage, it feels endless and tiring because there are no shops. The hotel is located at the end of a shopping street, just around a corner, in a quiet and peaceful area, which I personally really liked. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, with its free observation deck and evening Tokyo Night Light show, is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The popular LOVE Sculpture day tour meeting point is only a 10-minute walk away, a straight road followed by a right turn, very convenient. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a pharmacy and three convenience stores: Lawson, Family Mart, and Ministop. If you walk straight for 8 minutes to the left from the hotel entrance, you'll find a 24-hour supermarket called Maruetsu Petit, which sells fresh fruit and offers a wider variety of goods at lower prices. The hotel also has an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant, several traditional Japanese eateries, and bars. A particularly unique restaurant is the 'Boat House,' which is spacious with plenty of seating but is always full, so reservations are recommended. Inside the Boat House restaurant, there's a large wooden boat where guests can fish for themselves, and the restaurant will then cook their catch. Fishing for your own food is cheaper than ordering directly from the menu, offering both fun and value – highly recommended, and the atmosphere is excellent, truly worth a try. The hotel check-in lobby is on the 3rd floor, where staff are available to assist with self-check-in machines. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English, so communication was not an issue. In the lobby, you can help yourself to toothbrushes and other daily necessities; I was most surprised to find facial masks available, so I used one every night during my stay. Our hotel room was at the end of the corridor, making it larger than other rooms, at 18 square meters, which is bigger than similarly priced hotels. However, the window was relatively small. The bathroom in the room required stepping up one level, and the floor was a bit slippery, making it feel a little cramped inside, which was the only drawback. In summary, I personally feel that choosing the Washington Hotel this time was an excellent decision; it's convenient yet avoids the hustle and bustle of eastern Shinjuku, which suited me perfectly.

This is a very convenient hotel, close to many shopping areas. I'm not sure about the cleanliness, as I only stayed for 3 days and wasn't feeling well. There are many restaurants, department stores, and convenience stores nearby, and it's close to Shinjuku Station. The hotel provides all necessary amenities. This time, I stayed in a very spacious room. The bathroom even had grab bars for seniors. There's also a limousine bus service that picks you up directly from the hotel and takes you to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and happy to assist.

Everything is good. Nice Staffs, Comfy Room and easily accessible. The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku. So, you can enjoyed the city all day all night 💜

Keio Plaza is located close to various shopping malls & a short walk from the Shinjuku Train station. Taking a taxi to and from the hotel is very convenient. The only complaint I have is not about the hotel but the final charges by Klook for the 3 night stay! When I originally made reservations through Klook, the price quoted/confirmed was USD 765.83 (approx. SGD 980.80) with a note that I will be billed on July 27, 2026 and that the charge will be based on $765.83. But to my surprise when I received the bill on July 27, 2026, I was charged SGD 1036.73 with a note that this amount is based on USD 804.15, an additional USD 38.32 or SGD 55.93 that I do not know how Klook came up with? Is it normal for Klook to increase or change their quoted prices after they confirmed with their clients? Can someone at Klook provide me with a legitimate reason for the additional charges and if there isn’t any legitimate reason for the additional charges, kindly provide me a refund and an apology!
