Airport Limousine pickup at hotel which is a great plus. Hotel is near many stations entry/exit. Another great point: 2 washing machines available on 6 levels, status can be viewed on room tv. Room is clean, do note that they have compulsory room cleaning on day 3 for hygiene purposes.

Right around the corner from Shinjuku Station, the location of this hotel was fantastic. Shops, restaurants, and subway close by, right in the heart of Shinjuku. Buffet breakfast was excellent, with both western and Japanese breakfast options. Laundry service was available on-site which was convenient. Will stay here again on our next trip!

This is another the website picture look better than the actual hotel. The room is small and old, just like a motel type. This location you don't want to be out in the evening by yourself. Also too far away from the airport. Over priced too!

Really nice hotel with great staff and a really good location in Shinjuku. The fact that the airport bus drops you off right in front of the hotel was awesome after 22 hours of traveling.

Lovely hotel with a nice room. It’s close to lots of things like the Godzilla head and 3D cat as well as loads of shopping places and places to eat. The shinjuku station is right next to it which is convenient. The water pressure in the shower is good and it comes with a bathtub. It has a bidet as well. They provide free coffee and tea packets, cream, sugar, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, Q tips, hair mask, face mask, shower caps, shaving cream, and pajamas. There’s also a washer and dryer if you need to wash your clothes. They do not provide robes. The bathroom is cramped and gets very steamy. We turned the hair dryer on cold while taking a shower to decrease the steam which helped. A comfortable stay with great amenities!

The hotel is great and the breakfast buffet was good a decent price 3,000 yen which is about 15 -18 U.S people complain about the washer and dryer I would not wash there and just go to balukno 5mins the unit they have are made to be bought cheap so people don't have to buy a washer and dryer if u don't have the money so it does not wash clothes and dry them great
