Everyone was very helpful and if someone didn't know much English they would get another worker who did. The building is clean and well maintained, it is a bit older looking on the floors beside the reception floor but, still clean and well maintained. They also have a family mart connected to the hotel.

It was great stay especially the highlight was one of the staffs 平山 spoke excellent Mandarin as well as Shanghai dialect. It made us feel very welcoming. Well done, 平山 san！

Firstly the good: location, right in Sunshine City. Has direct limousine bus to the airport. The rooms are also larger than most hotels in Tokyo, that I actually have room to open my suitcase, which is rare in Japan. It is also very clean, but all Japaneae hotels are clean so it's about average (Japan standard). Now the bad: AC! It has been a long standing problem every rime I stay in this hotel. For some reason their AC is either not powerful enough, or they choose to keep the temperature higher than usual. I stayed in summer, average temp is 35⁰. The AC was never enough. Fortunately, they have electric fans. I suspect many people have the same issues hence they keep a few. Personally I had to have 2 fans on all the time, with one blowing at me directly, and sleep almost naked. Many other hotels I've stayed have individual room temp control but not this one, which is a shame. Hope they can improve this somehow in the future. But in the mean time, if you are someone like me who can't stand heat, make sure you ask for the fan before you check in.

Very clean and location was great. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was connect to mall and walking distance to other shopping centers.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our three-week trip to Japan. The only advantage is its convenient location. Everything else was disappointing. The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful, and the breakfast quality was very poor. We recommend eating at Sunshine City Mall instead, where there are many better dining options. The soundproofing was also very poor, and we could easily hear noise from other rooms. Overall, we paid over CAD $300 for this stay, and it was definitely not worth the price.

You can not find a better location. You have the hub of Animate and so many bars and restaurants available. The rooms have very comfortable beds and all the basic amenities you need. The mall has an entrance connected to the hotel as well as a family mart inside the hotel.
