Comfact Hotel is accessible, about 10mins walking distance from Ueno Station. The hotel is clean and overall we had a comfortable 4D3N stay. A good value for money, laundry shop and convenience store(7eleven) are also nearby. Staff are courteous and helpful all the time. The Chinese buffet breakfast spread is also good. The comfort room is what I'll miss the most in this hotel!

The room is spacious enough for two people with large luggage. The location is near Iriya Station (Hibiya Line). Their buffet breakfast is also excellent!

The experience was great. Our room has enough space for our two luggage. The hotel's location is a 10-minute walk from the Ueno station, which is a plus for us since we take the train almost every day. There is also a convenience store within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is clean and the staff are very kind. They understand English, so you can communicate with them in English. Additionally, there is a pharmacy directly at the lobby of the hotel where you can buy what you need.

book a double twin bed if size is an issue my only complaint. the room was gods if you are traveling light and don’t plan to buy anything. prepare to walk as it is far from a train station. about a 10 min walk(far by American standard). the hotel is great if you are visiting the ueno area. the staff was nice but I didn’t ask for anything. i would stay here again. the entrance is off the steer but has a conveince store attached
