Departing in mid-October, we seized the opportunity before the mountain trails closed. I had actually wanted to go for a very long time. Our tour guide, Ms. Yu, was extremely attentive the entire time, provided very clear explanations, answered all the group members' questions, and interacted with us a lot. We had a wonderful time, and both dinner and breakfast featured authentic Japanese-style meals.

Sherry, thank you so much for taking us to admire the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji, experience the tranquility of Shuzenji Temple, and savor the exquisite cuisine at the onsen ryokan. Overall, it was a fantastic wedding photoshoot experience! From makeup and wedding dress selection to the entire shooting process, the staff were incredibly attentive. The photographers and videographers were also very patient, actively guiding our poses and expressions, which allowed us, who aren't usually good at taking photos, to relax and complete the shoot. Language communication in Chinese was absolutely no problem, and the process went very smoothly. We were also very satisfied with the final photos. The overall service and finished product exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them!

Great experience and a peace of mind. Everything was organized by Pure Studio. I travelled from Canada to get the photoshoot done in Asakusa and Fuji Mountain as background. The crew was very easy to communicate (in Mandarin) with. They sent me the raw photos on the same night to choose from. Love the efficiency! Will definitely recommend.

Mr Shindou is very kind & helpful. Reccomended and drove us to lots of places within the timeframe despite traffic congestion along the way. He was punctual during pick up & overall was a safe driver. Highly recommend him to anyone who wish to take this service up, it’s worth the extra money for convenience & it’s less hassle.

We just ran into a typhoon in Japan that was heading directly for the Izu Peninsula. I only managed to use two and a half days of my rail pass before rushing back to Tokyo by JR on the afternoon of the third day. Fortunately, the JR lines really were suspended the next day, and the airport canceled over three hundred flights; the weather changed drastically. On the first day of the trip, I issued my tickets at the Shinkansen counter inside the Atami JR Station—please note that this can only be done inside a JR station. On the first day, I visited local attractions around Suruga Bay in Shizuoka Prefecture, took a ferry to Toi Port (which took about 90 minutes), then took a bus to Shuzenji Station, and finally transferred to the Izu-Hakone Railway to Mishima. On the second day, I went to the Gotemba Outlets and took the JR to Numazu for dinner in the evening. On the third day, I took a Fujikyu bus to Oshino Hakkai. The rain made the water muddy, but walking in the light rain at the foot of Mount Fuji offered fresh air and a cool feeling. I had previously bought this pass to go to Lake Kawaguchi, so I did not plan to go there again this time. Overall, this three-day pass is a fantastic value.

I'm just confused at first because there's a lot of pick up point, you can't speak to them since they cannot understand you and your language only Japanese but just follow your time sched, they are kn time. Also if you're late go to the next pick up they will still allow you, as long as you have with you your voucher. So far so good, so convenient! We enjoyed our stay in Kawaguchiko. Thank you.

Our driver mr 神藤志良 is such a nice and understanding driver, we enjoyed chatting with him along the way, and he is very attentive to our needs. highly recommended if you have young kids travelling with you as it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. he recommended us nice spots and also a nice place for lunch as it was our first time in Japan. thank you so much!
