Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from NRT/HND to Mt.Fuji/Hakone , and so on. Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity [does not include] the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes fuel fees, insurance, and luggage allowance . Additional costs may include admission tickets, toll fees, parking fees, meals…and so on.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services? We do provide the multi-day service and it may require additional fees, such as lodging and meals for the driver.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via email or a messaging app

- Vehicle Information: 7 -Seater Vehicle, Toyota Alphard or similar, Group of 6 passenger(s) or less, Accommodates up to 4 standard sized luggage(s).
- Vehicle Information: 10 -Seater Vehicle, Toyota Hiace or similar, Group of 9 passenger(s) or less, Accommodates up to 6 standard sized luggage(s).
- Luggage Allowances: Standard Luggage Size, 24 inch (59 cm x 41 cm x 24 cm). Larger bags will be cconsidered 2 pieces.
- Charter service hours are from 07:30 to 22:00, with the latest departure time at 14:00
- The airport pick-up service is free of charge for 90 minutes based on the flight landing time. If the free waiting time is exceeded, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for 1-20 minutes and 4,000 yen for 31-60 minutes (payable to the driver)
- An additional fee of 2,000 yen is required to enter the airport with a sign (payable to the driver)
- Overtime fee beyond 8 hours: 5,000 yen/hour (paid to the driver)
- New Year's Day, Christmas surcharge of JPY5000

I went to Hakone for a day trip with my parents and a preschooler. The driver was very kind and considerate of our entire schedule. For those of us who couldn't stay overnight at a hot spring, they recommended the hot spring foot bath at the Hakone Open-Air Museum as the last course. It was excellent.
