Our tour guide Linda was such a doll. Great energy and personality. she took care of us and communicated well. everything went smoothly. booking other klook made it super easy. we were lucky to have visibility of Mount Fuji despite the weather changing.

Having a small group tour is better than the big one (bus). There's always communication with everyone. Our guide, Lee, is kind & drives carefully. Even though it was raining, the Mr Lee still stops at every place listed on the itinerary. He tries to explain history or bit & pieces of the places we've been. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit sad because we haven't seen Mt Fuji coz it was raining 😞

A very nice trip, we get to experience Fuji Kawaguchi area, although that day we can’t even see The Fuji Mountain. But, still a very best experience. The driver very nice, and Ms. Diane as our tour guide very attention and so very nice lady. Definitely very worth experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! If you’re a fan of JDM culture, Fast & Furious, or just love cars, this experience is absolutely worth it. It doesn’t feel like a typical tourist tour—you really become part of the local car community. Seeing legendary cars, meeting passionate owners, driving through Tokyo at night, and visiting Daikoku PA created memories we’ll never forget. A special thank you to our driver, Timi. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very beginning. She made us feel comfortable, shared interesting stories, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her passion for JDM culture really shows, and it made the night feel authentic and special. Thank you, Timi, and the whole Gaijin Tuned team for an unforgettable evening. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. Brendan was really great! I saw his tour yesterday, and I’m at the Edo-Tokyo Museum today and so much makes more sense after having done his tour of the Imperial Palace. The explanations in the museum are a bit dry and dense with facts, and I don’t have a lot of connection to annecdotes which help me remember what happened and why. Brendan’s tour really helped fill in some of that for me, and provided me a much better context. I’d recommend to anyone — do his tour first, before the museum, for greater understanding!

Amazing for all car lovers cannot emphasise how good. get a chance to see all sorts of jdm cars. are driver Daiki was very kind and helpful and was very talkative and offered to take photos. he has a very beautiful skyline. incredible experience would definitely do it again

Very well organized, clear instruction and disciplined participants also. Thanks to our tour guide Zoey (?) who explained all the destination very well and a very polite bus driver. Surely wanna take another tour with this agent
