You can get there by taking the train to Hawajima Station and then walking or taking a bus. For the return trip, there's a free bus ticket available. There are many hot spring baths, including steam rooms and saunas. Towels and robes are provided. There's also a lounge area with a great, very relaxing atmosphere. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Big Fun mall.

Great massages for all three of us including our 17 year old son. Very professional and friendly. They offered us a drink at the end of our 70 minute massage.

was amazing but they had no idea about Klook. no English at all but thank goodness for Google Translate. they had to make some phone calls to figure out we used Klook and had a voucher. once we got it worked out everything was great!!

I had a wonderful and relaxing experience at Kunistyle Enzyme Spa in Ginza!
Excellent Service: The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive. A huge plus was being served refreshing drinks right while relaxing in the enzyme bath itself.
Tasty Pre-Spa Drinks: They also provide a delicious enzyme drink before your session starts, which was a great way to begin.
Atmosphere & Facilities: The overall environment is peaceful and deeply relaxing. Additionally, the shower area is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a high-quality, soothing enzyme bath experience in Tokyo!

Excellent service, staff was kind and respectful. We got the couples head massage after landing from our flight and it really helped with the jet lag and grogginess. So good and relaxing, my wife even fell asleep!

The massage was very good, and it really helped relieve the soreness from walking too much.
The staff were kind and attentive throughout the session. They have instructions available in English, although their spoken English is limited.
I definitely recommend their service.

Highly recommend professional massage. You get asked if you have any painful areas, and if you want lighter or stronger pressure. A translation app is used, so it's ok if you don't speak Japanese. The shop is clean, calm, and easily located on the ground floor. Relaxing music is played, and there is a humidifier with light essential oil scent. There is a heater for the winter, and fan for the summer. Warm towels, slippers, and massage clothing provided. It's wonderful to find an authentic Thai massage establishment in Tokyo.

Amazing experience! We felt really relaxed afterwards and also fell asleep. Would recommend! It’s very easy to find as well so I’m not sure why people in other comments are complaining.
