The hotel location is great, about 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Lots of restaurants & convenient stores on the property. Our 2 twin room was small but we had enough space for 2 large suitcases, 1 roller bag & 2 back packs. Self check in & check out option was convenient. Able to store luggage on the property before check in & after was an absolute helpful option. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 night stay at this hotel. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

V convenient if you take airport limo bus as bus stop is in front of hotel. Easy check in n check out process and being a member (free membership) enables one to check out an hour later at 12pm.

We stayed a few nights at the hotel, however the first nights room was next to the elevators, not only the elevator’s noise but the sound from other rooms. Luckily, the reception staff were able to help to change the room.
