Fantastic
Good location by a nice park and close to things. The bakery is very popular. We appreciated doing laundry after climbing Mt Fuji (and storing our bags at The Knot then). We had two different rooms and the layout of one was much better.

Very clean rooms. Super helpful staff. Bakery on property was AMAZING, though we wished they opened earlier. Restaurant/bar was also very convenient and yummy. Location was great, so close to the Met Government Building

Hotel booked in the Knot it Tokyo was very small and no amenities were given except shampoo, conditioner, and brush. No other toiletries were provided like lotion or other things It will be nice they offer airport shuttle or offer limousine shuttle reimbursement hotel is far away and it’s hard for new people to make arrangements. We were lucky that at the airport. Somebody guided us to do orange limousine bus. Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Station was booked for Kyoto was five star great amenities beautiful room bigger room and was right close to the train station five minute walk I would highly recommend Kyoto hotel to everybody. I love Expedia and I have been loyal to you guys and use all your service I love the experience you offer . We had great experiences every thing we booked.

Really nice bakery on site with freshly baked pastries, sandwiches and cakes, etc. Staff were super helpful and obliging. Our stay was short but enjoyable. Bathroom was small but adequate.
