Great location with the subway station next door and convenience stores across the street. Nice area as well away from the love hotels and more sketchy area but close enough to walk to main Shinjuku and take that in. The only issue was that there tended to be sirens from ambulances or fire trucks every night which you could hear. Mostly could sleep through it but may wake you up in light sleep.

The hotel location was conveniently right next to one of the train station entrance and exit . Close to all the live entertainment. There rooms were a little small but perfect for 2 persons .

Solo stay

Rooms are very small by American standards, but the bed was comfortable, showers were hot, the staff was very helpful when I had questions, and the property is within close distance of tons of food and things to do. The Shinjuku station is within a good walking distance. I would be more than happy to stay here on future trips.

No frills budget hotel that gets the job done. Small room and bathroom but for only sleeping and showering it is fine. Laundry machines were not the best, the dryer took ages to dry clothes. Location was good.

Location was great, nxt to the train station. The room is quite small for 2 persons. The bathroom is too tight. My husband is tall and was having a hard time using it. The hotel is somewhat old but the room is clean and the cleaning people were doing an excellent job.
