Everything about this hotel is perfect except the room size. We needed 3 beds for our family. Our room size did not get bigger but the only free space was taken up by the 3rd bed. Just wish it was a little larger. Staff is the friendliest we have had in Japan. Location is amazing and amenities too. Housekeeping daily.
