The location in Ginza is great, easy walk to all the premier shopping and Ginza Subway. The breakfast was decent with a medium variety of offerings. The staff were friendly and the room was quiet and the AC worked great. Good value compared to the Bigger chain hotels.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Close to Ginza Metro station. The room was small, but manageable enough for a mom and two teenage daughters. Luggage holding service was helpful on our last day when Shinkansen wasn’t until the evening.
