Regarding driver downtime for special itineraries: This product’s default package is based on hotels in Tokyo city proper. If your origin and destination are in different locations, the trip will be calculated based on Tokyo city proper, deducting the vehicle’s downtime and mileage. For example: If the pick-up and drop-off point is in Tokyo city proper and the drop-off point is in Hakone, the usage time will deduct the driver’s downtime (approximately 2 hours) returning to Tokyo from Hakone.

If your trip departs after 12:00 PM and ends after 10:00 PM, in addition to the overtime fee, you will need to pay an extra night service fee of 2,000 JPY per hour (less than one hour will be charged as one hour).

All pick-up and drop-off points for this service are pre-set in Tokyo city. If your pick-up and drop-off points are outside Tokyo, the actual service will be deducted from the driver's waiting time and mileage.
Intercity travel outside the city covered by the package will incur an additional charge: 7-seater vehicle: 6,000 JPY/city; 10/14-seater vehicle: 10,000 JPY/city.
