It was difficult to book the hut, so I joined a tour, and it was so worth it! Much more enjoyable than hiking with just a friend and me! It was our first time hiking, but we had plenty of rest breaks, so we all made it! Although we couldn't go to Jianfeng due to strong winds, it was still perfect! We successfully reached the summit! The guide was truly exceptional, a perfect trip!

We joined the Mount Fuji tour departing on January 7th, with services provided by local company JamJam. Our tour leader, Xiao Guo, was very attentive, taking care of every group member's needs and providing important hiking information. The weather suddenly deteriorated that day, and the tour leader professionally assessed the situation and adjusted the itinerary. The leader also thoroughly explained details such as why certain areas were restricted. The driver was also very friendly and offered luggage storage. However, when booking the tour, it would have been ideal if Klook had provided more updated information. For example, the departure time was 11:00 AM, not 8:00 AM. If the departure was at 11:00 AM, it would have allowed for hotel checkout or transfer arrangements.

Absolutely stunning tour. Out tour guide, Linda, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more fun. She even helped us with getting to the bullet train station afterwards, which she did not have to do. All the locations we went to was beautiful! Definitely recommend this tour. :D

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

It was a good tour where we did not feel rushed at each stop. I'd recommend bringing an umbrella, as there is a lot of time in the sun. Most stops are near convenience stores, so buying cold drinks is easy. If you are going to walk up the 398 stairs to the pagoda, you get "leg day" as a free bonus. Our tour guide Ariel was attentive, polite, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and pretty.

पहली बार एक दिवसीय यात्रा में भाग ले रहा था, निकलने से पहले बहुत घबराया हुआ था, डर था कि कहीं कोई ऐसा गाइड न मिल जाए जिसके साथ तालमेल बिठाना मुश्किल हो। निकलने से एक दिन पहले Klook ने हमें गाइड की जानकारी और संपर्क विवरण दिए, गाइड ने हर सवाल का जवाब दिया, जिससे मुझे राहत मिली। चूंकि समूह में सदस्यों की संख्या कम थी, इसलिए हमारी यह यात्रा चीन-कोरियाई संयुक्त थी, गाइड बहुत शानदार था, वह जापानी, चीनी और कोरियाई तीनों भाषाओं में बहुत धाराप्रवाह था! परिचय और मार्गदर्शन के दौरान, कभी कोरियाई पहले, कभी चीनी पहले, वह किसी भी भाषा को प्राथमिकता नहीं देता था, जो बहुत बढ़िया था! गाइड ने अपने मुख्य कर्तव्यों को बहुत अच्छी तरह से निभाने के अलावा, हमें जापान यात्रा के लिए छोटे-छोटे सुझाव भी दिए, जैसे कहाँ अच्छा खाना मिलता है, कहाँ सबसे अच्छी खरीदारी होती है, और क्या खरीदना ज़रूरी है, वह सचमुच एक फाइव-स्टार गाइड है! यह शानदार गाइड "किम म्योंग-चुल" है, मैं उसकी बहुत सिफारिश करता हूँ!

kousei did a great job during the tour . Tour was good we did a lot . We were the famous black eggs to extend 7 years of our life. Saw Mt.Fuji from the bus. We had a great lunch ,love the lake trip on the pirate boat . just wish to have gone closer to the mountain but overall we had a great time . Our tour guy was very knowledgeable and very pleasant .

Our SanSan Hathway is such a lovely guide, love to be on her trip to Fuji. She is the type of local guide i am looking for that can speak good english, easy to understand. Thankyou for the japan history catchup. We had a wonderful trip to Fuji. All stops were similar to what has been mention in the itenary. Recomended to Book! The trip leave on time and return as it is to Tokyo station. Thanks🌹
