We joined this Mount Fuji tour on June 22, and we were incredibly lucky to have a clear view of Mount Fuji! It was such an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Kerry, was wonderful—she shared many helpful tips, took us to the best photo spots, and was so kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the day. Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. यात्रा कार्यक्रम: ओमुरो पर्वत, ट्रेन, तट। समय: सुबह सात बजे इकट्ठा होकर शाम साढ़े छह बजे टोक्यो मारुनामन गेट पर वापस। यात्रा: शनिवार को थोड़ा ट्रैफिक था, सुबह सात बजे निकले और साढ़े दस बजे पहुंचे, ओमुरो पर्वत पर लगभग पंद्रह मिनट तक लाइन में लगे रहे, घूमते-घूमते और रुकते-रुकते एक चक्कर पूरा किया, कैंटीन में उडोन नूडल्स खाने का समय नहीं मिला, ट्रेन में समुद्र के किनारे वाली सीटें थीं, लेकिन समुद्र का पूरा नज़ारा ज़्यादा देर तक नहीं दिखा, तट पर लगभग पैंतीस मिनट तक घूमे। टूर गाइड ड्राइवर: मास्टर लोंग उत्साही, पेशेवर और विचारशील थे। उन्होंने एक दिन पहले समूह में सभी के लिए सबसे सुविधाजनक मार्ग खोजने में मदद की। सुबह-सुबह उन्होंने गर्मजोशी से अभिवादन किया, हर जगह खेलने के समय, स्थान और सावधानियों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया, और विभिन्न ज़रूरतों का भी ध्यान रखा, अंत में उन्होंने हमेशा पूछा कि क्या किसी को कोई और सवाल है, और कहा कि किसी भी सवाल के लिए उनसे कभी भी संपर्क कर सकते हैं, यह सब यात्रा के दौरान भी किया गया, एक बहुत ही आरामदायक दिन था।

I did my tour with Serina and she is an absolutely lovely person that gives it at least 110% effort in order to make the journey as pleasant and as smooth as possible for everyone. I usually dislike tours like this to be honest, as the itinerary is either bad or tour guide not managing the group well enough in order for everyone being on time. Serina managed all of that excellently though and I would choose to travel with her again for sure. Had a great day, thank you Serina!

Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

We had wonderful trip to Fuji! We were lucky and had beautiful sunny day, so we saw shy Fuji in all it's beauty. All points are worth to see. Our guide Yuri was very kind and professional, help us on every point, make photos of us.. The We highly recomend this tour, value for money is reasonable.

Booked a day trip bcs we wanted to go to Shizuoka. When booing the trip, I specifically requested for halal/Muslim-friendly food recommendations. Our tour guide, Zhao, was very helpful in ensuring we manage to get Muslim-friendly food. He's also very knowledgeable about the places he brings us to and quite funny 😂. We enjoyed the trip a lot, exploring the beauty of Izu. Thank you, Zhao for all the explanations, guidance and assistance provided. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

When planning our trip to Tokyo with the kids, I was very careful in choosing a tour. My choice turned out to be absolutely excellent. Meeting our guide, Kanazawa Seiga, was also incredibly fortunate. Our meeting point was Tokyo Station at 8 AM, and since our accommodation was in the Ariake area, I was worried about being late even though we woke up early to prepare and took the bus. However, I was so grateful that the guide kept in touch via KakaoTalk, providing updates, and even came to pick us up from the bus stop to the meeting point. Thankfully, we made it onto the bus right at 8 AM. During the journey, the guide smiled brightly and shared many interesting stories. I thought our second child wasn't paying attention, but it turned out they listened to everything the guide said and even recounted it to me, which made me proud. I thought we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji, but it was incredibly clear and visible, making this a truly satisfying tour. The guide also took many enthusiastic photos and provided excellent information, which was wonderful. I will definitely book this tour again next time! Thanks to you, it was a very happy tour.

पहली बार समुद्र से आतिशबाजी देखना बहुत शानदार था, आतिशबाजी बहुत खूबसूरत थी। खुशी है कि हमने आतिशबाजी देखने के लिए नाव यात्रा का विकल्प चुना। हमें नाव पर चढ़ने के लिए चौथा स्थान मिला और नाव पर चढ़ने के बाद हमें एक अच्छा देखने का स्थान भी मिल गया। मौसम अच्छा था और समुद्र से बिना किसी प्रकाश प्रदूषण के बहुत चमकीले तारे दिखाई दे रहे थे। इस यात्रा का एक और मुख्य आकर्षण यह था कि हमने समुद्र में नीले आँसू (ब्लू टियर्स) देखे, जो बहुत खुशी की बात थी 😃। जिस समय हम आए, तापमान ठंडा और आरामदायक था। मिस्टर सकुरागी की रास्ते भर की व्याख्या और यात्रा स्थलों का परिचय बहुत विस्तृत था, उन्होंने हमें एक अद्भुत यात्रा पूरी करने में मदद की। धन्यवाद।
